Basso 6.89 6. Kerr 4.77 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) or Wojdylo 4.74 7. (RS) = 38.65 / = 38.62 LEICESTER 1. Fricke 9.14 2. 3. Lawson 6.91 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 4. Becker 6.57 5. Masters 7.32 6. 7. Hagon (RS) 9.06 OXFORD 1. Woffinden 8.45 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 2. Harris 6.06 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 3. Janowski 7.02 4. Wright 6.32 (After -2.5% Brit Reduction) 5. Tungate 7.71 6. Boughen 3.00 (Minimum average for a Premiership 1-6 rider) 7. Killeen (RS) = 38.56 SHEFFIELD 1. J. Holder 8.85 2. Howarth 5.06 3. Pickering 6.74 4. 5.65 5. C. Holder 8.79 6. Rowe 3.91 (After -25% RS Reduction) 7. Edwards / Gilkes (RS)
  2. I just don't have faith in Tolley to ever put a good side together hence why I've put Douggie in a Lions side. Fair play if Tolley and co. manage to put together a good side for a change though.
  3. 1. Fricke 2. 3. Lawson 4. Masters / Becker 5. Douglas 6. 7. Hagon (RS) 9.51 / 10.51 left for two riders.
  4. Jack is the best one around Owlerton so he's a lock. If Chris doesn't want to be back then it'll be Tai at No.5 but if Chris wants in then Tai will probably end up at Oxford with his mate Janowski.
  5. King is almost certain to be back if we're being honest because Ipswich won't sacrifice Ellis to get Brennan in as they'll need another replacement for Ellis who'll be a much weaker rider around Foxhall when searching around for riders on 5 something GSA's. Options would be riders like Craig Cook, Sedgmen, S. Worrall and co.
  6. Agree, Ben Cook is a number in Buster's phonebook who's happy to ride for his clubs (Panthers 23 and Guest bookings for KL this season) Lidsey or B. Cook has to go from BV because Kurtz and Bewley won't, Lidsey holds a lot of value in his average as proven by his points scoring in the play-offs after reverting back to old equipment so it'll be stupid to let another club benefit from it so I think it's odds on that Ben Cook will be at KL.
  7. BV should be aiming for this. 1. Kurtz 9.18 2. Blodorn 5.40 3. Lidsey 6.58 4. Rew 5.67 5. Bewley 8.49 (-2.5% Brit reduction) 6. Zischke 4.57 7. Mulford (RS) = 39.90
  8. Think Ben Cook will be the only new face in the 1-5 as BV would be silly not to retain Lidsey on a low average.
  9. BV would have to do a choke of all chokes for Leicester to win. This see's BV over the line. Bewley & Kurtz (20 between them) Lidsey & NKI (12 between them) Blodorn, Voulas & Mulford (5 between them and they can do that just by beating Hagon with 3-3's in Heat 2 and Heat 7)
  10. I agree, Need to take into account that Bewley and Kurtz rarely drop points around the NSS. Then take into account that Lidsey has gone back to last year's equipment and has filled his boots with Heat wins in the Play-Offs. In-Form NKI who's performed well all season around the NSS guesting for Cook was a blow to Leicester as well. Leicester we're always going to lose by double figures from the get go imo.
  11. Leicester will give it a good go in 2nd leg but Kurtz, Bewley, Lidsey and NKI should score enough points where it makes Blodorn, Voulas and Mulford's job easy with just a handful of points needed from them combined.
  12. Don't think Leicester bottled it tbf. Lawson, Masters and Becker have been awful around the NSS all season as I highlighted on the betting thread before tonight's meeting. Fricke was poor but that's not the first time he's been around the NSS this season either, He had a stinker in April as well scoring 4+2 from 4 rides, Maybe he's just not that good around the NSS despite being a former BV rider.
  13. Easy money @Bald Bloke bet365 had a shocker with that Handicap.
  14. Mentality is what cost Leicester tonight. Some of them didn't want to put their bikes in the right place, More concerned about keeping safe and avoiding as much spray as possible.
  15. That should seal the deal. Justice should be served after higher ups and officials have tried to hand Leicester the trophy in recent weeks.
  16. Fricke's been poor but he shouldn't be made a scapegoat tbf considering Lawson, Masters and Becker haven't won a ride either.
  17. Why do EUROSPORT have to go for an Ad break before Ht 15? Just get straight on with it before the conditions get worse for the riders.
  18. Massive 5 - 1. BV needed that due to the reserves being so poor.
  19. Bewley & Kurtz/Lidsey will have to get 2 Heat Advantages otherwise this is all over.
  20. BV's reserves are having a nightmare, Hagon 6 points at Premiership level lol.
  21. Do one weather. Leicester don't deserve to win anything, Handed top spot, Handed a place in the Final by a corrupt referee and now the weather is trying to weaken BV's lead going into the second leg.
  22. Much more like it from Blodorn. Need to force this all the way through instead of calling it off because Leicester are struggling.
  23. BV sitting ducks in Heat 8 with Leicester off 1 & 3 against BV's weakest pairing.
  24. Dreadful ride from Blodorn to get beat by Hagon.
