Sheffield -8 for me. Jye Etheridge & Jake Allen in the 1-5 with Norick Blodorn at reserve who lacks UK experience should see Sheffield win this by double figures imo. I'm also backing Danny King Over 8, Hasn't started the season too well but 9 points is a very reasonable target for him around Foxhall.

Meeting all depends on how Basso takes to the track. Not feeling this tbh and I could see us taking a beating tonight.

Using realistic names only who'd be interested in riding over here. I'd bring in Justin Sedgmen, Josh Bates and Zane Keleher for BWD, Lee Complin & George Congreve just to make them team a little bit more competitive.

Great win tonight and we had a passenger to carry. Imagine the scores we could hit with all 7 riders firing at the same time.

Steve Worrall riding at No.5 with weak reserves is a baffling decision by Pete Adams. Basically cost Wolves the meeting.

Basso is a superstar. What we really need to worry about is our 3 & 4 pairing on highly inflated averages due to a spell at reserve in 2021.

Wouldn't worry about tonight's score. Riders just use these meetings to try out different set ups / equipment. Basically a football friendly where football managers don't really care about the result and they just use the match to try out different players / formations.

As a Panthers fan I've heard that story from management before when we were in the same position (Aaron Summers) ended up staying the whole season and it was a disaster. Allen's being branded as short term in the HOPE somebody better asks for a job that fits within the budget, Belle Vue would've signed a better rider if they actually had one lined-up as they had enough time. Taking wild swings at Woffinden who only wanted to turn up when he felt like it or taking a gamble on Bewley knowing Poland could flex their muscles whenever they feel like it screams desperation because they couldn't find anyone else willing to turn up 24/7 who was capable of doing a job as a HL.

Waiting for your side to go 2 points up against a heavily weakened Sheffield before typing a reply. We shall see what the season brings but let's be honest Belle Vue fans are the ones who were being negative towards their own side when I was bigging them up earlier looking at the positives. Tbf I was the only one bigging them up by looking at the positives. Might be able to sneak a win if Sheffield's reserves continue to struggle but overall it still doesn't look good considering Sheffield are missing two engine room riders tonight.

I gave Belle Vue the benefit of the doubt earlier by looking at the positive side of things but I was wrong, Belle Vue are just as woeful as many have said on here. Nailed on for the wooden spoon already if tonight is anything to go by.

Ben Morley could produce the same amount of points as Josh Auty based on Josh's form last week.

Auty being an amateur by not preparing for the season again. He won't last long at Brum.
