Only got released due to the numbers game as KL needed a HL. Picko was a lock for one of the second string berths and TJ only got the other spot out of loyalty. TJ is KL's version of the Hans Andersen / Panthers situation where the rider gets a gig at the club every season no matter how he performs on track.

Keep the faith in Richie Worrall, Leicester stepping up this season too and that's another technical place he goes very well at. Richie's scores at Sheffield last season were the following which proves he can score points on a big track away from Home against a very solid side too. 6+1 @ No.3 7+2 @ No.4 9+1 @ No.3
-
Suppose we've got to wait another 24 hours to confirm Hans Andersen?
-
14.39 left Tungate doesn't go with any major HL signing imo so I think we can draw a line through this deal as well now unfortunately. Got to be Pedersen/Andersen surely? Lindgren's long covid issues are that bad tbh.
-
Out of interest who do you prefer out of Nicki P or Lindgren?
-
I've got us in third place if it's Nicki P / Lindgren @ 1. Ipswich will be weak at reserve if they do get Emil which levels things out. KL don't have top end power to win the crucial heats imo. Leicester have question marks over Sedgmen in the 1-5 as well as Allen at 6 imo. Wolves' 1-7 is a gamble that could go horribly wrong.
-
Get a big hitting No.1 in then we'll go unbeaten at Home. Ben Cook will score big at reserve around the Showground, Richie will chip in with his usual solid display of 5+2 or 6+1, Basso was mustard towards the end of last season after he got dialled in, NKI won't let us down and he'll score very well at Home too. Richie Worrall is a solid signing imo, Every club has a solid but not spectacular engine room rider in their 1-7 and Richie is ours, I think Richie will surprise a few next season tbh. Andersen announced on Saturday imo with Nicki Pedersen being revealed in next weeks Speedway Star imo to complete team building for 2023.

Think it’s safe to say that no takeover is happening anytime soon after the classic Buster swap deal (MPT for Worrall) Holder & Tungate would’ve been the perfect final 2.

No

Doesn’t sound promising does it.

Pedersen and Andersen

I’m not disappointed in Richie’s signing tbh. He’s pretty solid everywhere apart from the NSS so if he can get dialled in at the Showground then he should maintain his average. It’s the return of Hans that will be the issue because he can’t ride big tracks anymore The surprise HL needs to be a beast who rarely drops a point to compensate for the lack of second string power though
-
Hans will be announced at some point this week imo, You wouldn't travel to Peterborough just to deliver a parcel to somebody so you've got to assume Hans was over here to sign his contract for 2023.

Buster would've been mudded this winter if it wasn't for Tomalin's sponsorship and funding. If Buster wasn't using a large sum of Tomalin's money then he's got every right to put his below par / mates rates 1-7 together. Tomalin really should've applied the pressure on Buster, If I was in Michael's position then I would've given Buster a 24 hour ultimatum and that's let me spend my money on the rider that I want (Chris Holder) otherwise I'll withdraw all of my resources from the club.
-
Tungate's average is lower than Basso's as well so he's got to ride at 3 either way. We really do need Tungate though. Andersen & Worrall combo doesn't give us any strength at second string.
-
Carl Johnson did say multiple announcements this week but yes I wouldn't be shock if it didn't happen considering how this winter has gone.
-
Tomalin's money therefore Tomalin should have the final say on matters. Busters basically telling Tomalin what he can spend his own money on and that's wrong tbh, If the team is way below Tomalin's standards then I won't be putting any of the blame on Michael and neither should anyone else because it's easy to point fingers at the newbie. Chris Holder would've been at Peterborough 100% if Tomalin owned the club. Pressure is all on Buster to deliver a big hitter considering he's the sole reason for the Holder situation, Buster has only taken his own personal feelings into consideration rather than his colleagues feelings as well as the fans feelings. Replacing Chris Holder with a rider like Craig Cook isn't going to wash, Needs to be an adequate replacement who can score big as a HL. Big end of the week coming up and I'll stick my neck out and say that everything will be alright in the end. Final 3 prediction (Pedersen, Worrall & Andersen) want Tungate but I can see Buster calling the final shot again by remaining loyal to one of his 2022 KL Stars riders.

100% agree.
-
The calm before the storm. Speedway Star Day tomorrow where we should get plenty of news.
-
A top 4 of Nicki, NKI, Basso & Tungate with Ben Cook at reserve will see us challenging for honours imo. We just wouldn't lose at Home with that top 4 and we'd rack up the Bonus Points too considering the margins we'd win by at Home.
-
If Chris Holder has gone with Nicki P coming in as expected then we'll be better off tbh. Nicki P will be committed 24/7 because he doesn't like losing in any race.
-
Is it just a coincidence how things are speeding up at Ipswich just as things are starting to speed up at Peterborough. On target to update fans in a weeks time, Panthers are making multiple announcements later this week according to Carl Johnson.
-
Fully agree.
-
Look on the bright side. At least you'll get Holder @ 5 after Buster's rumoured tantrum.
-
They needed the FIM to backtrack and bail them out because Poland aren't letting them ride anywhere else.
