If Andersen inevitably gets announced the our 1-7 won't even win 25% of it's fixtures next season. In NFL terms our league season has a ceiling of W4-L20 and that's with luck falling our way. Other than Wolves at Home, I honestly don't see where we could pick up a win.

The real blame lies with Buster, Carl and Dale if / when the inevitable let down happens. All three of them are experienced enough to a point where they should be having a word with Tomalin and advising him to hold back on making public statements we wont be able to back up on track as well as setting out goals that aren't achievable or realistic. Instead they've basically just stood around watching the new promoter dig himself a hole from the get go tbh if the last one is Hans Andersen. Where's Buster this winter? He's been as quiet as a mouse.

Nothing wrong with NKI signing, He's a very good signing, Years of track knowledge around Peterborough, Years of experience riding on tracks produced by Buster. Every rider is prone to injury, So I'm not worried about his recent injury record because one bad crash can end anyone's season at any moment. Don't forget that NKI won races for fun on his visit to BV last year when the vast majority of visiting HL's couldn't buy a win around the place. Now this is where the fun or disaster starts and to me today makes everything points towards Gasser90's info being 100% spot on. Tungate = Title Challenge Andersen = Wooden spoon as well as everything being a waste of time, money and effort on everyone's behalf.

Time to give Gasser90 credit where credits due me thinks, Basically the club have confirmed NKI as the No.1 by saying 'lead by example' therefore that basically says Chris Holder is at 5 considering we've not been linked with any other rider on a 7.00-7.58. Richie Worrall is a lock and he's just left a like on the NKI post too.

Personally I think NKI is a lock as he's Busters go to guy in British Speedway when looking for a HL and I think Basso will have to ride at 3 even though he should be at 4. I'm 50/50 between Nicki Pedersen & Chris Holder for the last HL role despite the majority being 100% on Chris Holder. (Not saying they're wrong as they're more than likely right) I'd be 100% on Chris Holder being in too if Buster wasn't at the club, It's just that KL situation a few years back that was a big deal and not your usual silly little thing where everything is water under the bridge within a week or two..

Fingers crossed the club gives us something concrete to discuss in the morning, At the moment it's all he said, she said stuff. I'll laugh if the 1-7 does contain Andersen & Worrall though because it'll be funny to see how the club try and spin things after talking us up all winter.

We've got a full 1-7 signed, Confirmed by Tomalin on the radio. I think Tungate is in that 1-7 as well because he's still cheaper than say Nicki Pedersen, Patryk Dudek etc.

Not if our rumoured top two of NKI/Holder is correct because no team (Using linked/rumoured riders only) gets anywhere close to the points limit involving Hans to a point where it doesn't tie in with Tomalin's comments. Tomalin saying we have to make the play-offs with the team we've put together is a strong statement imo, Basically saying anything less than a play-off spot in 2023 is straight up failure. Having said all of that I could see Hans in a 1-7 if our No.1 isn't NKI as rumoured because you can build a 1-7 that gets close to the limit then that also ties in with Tomalin's comments. Something like. 1. Dudek (Pricey 6k but up for it), Nicki P (Pricey 3.5k but up for it), Rasmus (Would have to do a full U-Turn), Bjerre (Would have to do a full U-Turn too) 2. Andersen 3. C. Tomalin -> We have to make the play offs with the team we've put together. In other words if we don't make the play-offs then we've underachieved. I agree with flappy's side because everything points towards that being the 1-7 but I'm not entirely ruling out a wildcard / surprise signing either.

That's why I've come up with the very long shot team manager theory purely because I cant build a competitive 1-7 featuring Andersen and other riders who've been linked with us this winter that ties in with Tomalin's comments. Tomalin has gone public again today saying we must make the play-offs with the team we've put together and to me that doesn't sound like the 1-7 side that's 2.30 under the limit because everybody knows it's got no chance of even being in contention for a play-off spot (Wooden spoon guaranteed)

Also liking social media posts saying that we've moved the Dads Army Legends on though which suggests Hans has gone too.

I don't know tbh, Lindback was mentioned on the Ipswich thread a few weeks back though. I'm just putting 2 and 2 together though.
