Tempted to place a cover bet on Sheffield to win the league tonight now. bet365 have shortened BV into 2/5 and they make Sheffield 7/4 which is far too big imo. Huge praise for the Krosno management for doing everything they can to put together a competitive side no matter how much it costs. Ostrow's managment put shame on Ekstraliga Speedway with a quick money grab last season when they didn't even try to put a decent team together.

Different standard in the top flight though, I'd fancy Mountain & Sedgmen to get the better of him tbh, Sheffield reserves are very strong at Home no matter who they're up against imo. I wouldn't know how Etheridge goes around Sheffield tbh.

BV take a 12 point lead to Sheffield but have doubts over the availability of Wright & Etheridge. BV have struggled around Sheffield this season and you'd fancy Sheffield to claw back most of the points but they may fall just short overall. BV will need Lambert to continue his hot streak considering Zagar's performances around Sheffield this year, Brady Kurtz does ride Owlerton well though which is a +. Sheffield should dominate at Second String and Reserve so the pressure is on BV's big boys to keep Ht's down to 3-3's. Prediction Sheffield 50 - 40 BV What do you think?

Great spot that. I was too busy focusing on Ht betting and I saw Brennan being priced up off Gate 4 in Ht 14.

Sheffield should be delighted with the 12 point defeat. It would've been 16+ if Charles Wright didn't throw away the 3 - 3 and leave Blodorn in Ht 14 all on his own. Sheffield still in with a chance at 12 points down, Slim chance but it's still a chance.
