Lots of clubs have jumped the gun with signings then. The rumoured 42.50 points limit has become 39.00 with the rising star scheme set to continue.
-
Must be.
-
Thought he signed for Leicester ages ago?
-
No.4
-
We don't have any riders to tap up lol. Unless someone is desperate for Hans Andersen. Ostergaard retired. Palin sitting out 2023. Harris signed for Leicester ages ago apparently. Basso not riding Premiership period. MPT signed for KL ages ago apparently. Nicholls has signed for Wolves apparently.
-
I rate Lawson tbh. I think he's one of the most underrated riders in the league. Richard was a solid heat leader for Lakeside back in the Elite League days when the league was much tougher.
-
I'm shocked that he's not at Sheffield apparently. He was riding like a HL for them and he's only on a mid 4 something average.
-
Good 1-5 imo. Don't think we'll see Rasmus riding over here but he'd be a good signing if he does fancy a return to Britain. I'd happily sign him up. I rate Steve Worrall and he would be a good signing but I can't see Wolves letting him go considering how effective his partnership with Sam Masters was. Charles Wright is probably a lock for our side imo and he'll be a good signing in the engine room. Josh Pickering surely at KL? Hopefully NKI is in as I think he's a very reliable heat leader that'll put a solid display in every week imo. Don't rate Sedgmen personally so hopefully he's not in our team. Jake Allen isn't for me as he's been on a rapid decline since covid but Zach Cook will only improve and he'll be a good signing at No.7

Lewis Kerr to us or Ipswich imo if PhilTheAce's info is correct on the Sheffield thread. Leicester have got Mountain & D. Thompson at reserve according to rumours. Wolves have got Nicholls & Flint at reserve according to rumours. Belle Vue wouldn't sign him imo and I highly doubt he'd return to King's Lynn already after expressing his delight at being sacked by them last season lol.
-
8.19 left for two reserves if it's true about Kerr going elsewhere.
-
I can only imagine that someone has chucked money at him. Surely Sheffield wouldn't have turned down the opportunity to sign him on a 4 something considering he was putting in Heat Leader performances for Sheffield.
-
That's surprising. He was scoring bucket loads for Sheffield in the 1-5. Would've been a perfect No.6 for them.
-
Safe to say Sheffield will line-up like this then. 1. Jack Holder 2. Kyle Howarth 3. Adam Ellis 4. David Bellego 5. Tobiasz Musielak 6. Lewis Kerr 7. Young Brit on a low average
-
Douglas, Allen, Toft, S. Lambert, Mountain & Kennedy TBA imo. (Drip feeding announcements)
-
I suspect we will get a press release tomorrow morning after the AGM statement. Speedway Star Day as well.
-
I don't want Hans in the side either. Just think it's a forgone conclusion that he's in if Ipswich don't sign him.
-
Any takers? 1. Patryk Dudek 8.00 2. Hans Andersen 4.93 3. Chris Holder 7.16 4. Troy Batchelor 5.57 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59 6. Craig Cook 4.91 7. Zach Cook 4.00 42.16
-
Us at Peterborough will have a big budget now apparently under a new owner so Dudek may get his wish. Risky splashing out silly money though considering he doesn't have any UK experience.
-
If you include Bonus Points then Troy's 2022 averages actually read the following 7.20 Home Average and 6.33 Away Average Yet his GSA is 5.57 so you can see the obvious value in signing Troy up for 2023.
-
I hope so. I really think Ipswich fans are being too harsh on him, I think Troy is one of the bargains of the season. He was never going to improve his starting GSA last year riding with Doyle in Heats 13 & 15 while having to face the oppositions No.1 three times a night most weeks. Got the award for most Bonus points didn't he? which shows he can still score well riding out of position.

Here we go then. Cash to splash 1-7. 1. Nicki Pedersen 8.61 2. Hans Andersen 4.93 3. Chris Holder 7.16 4. 5.30 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59 6. Craig Cook 4.91 7. Zach Cook 4.00 or 1. Nicki Pedersen 8.61 2. Hans Andersen 4.93 3. Chris Holder 7.16 4. 6.80 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59 6. Craig Cook 4.91 7. Jordan Jenkins 2.50
