I don't buy the Emil rumours, I think it's false info leaked by the club to certain individuals who are then leaking it across social media, The clubs are hardly going to admit to scrambling over the same riders as it makes them both sound desperate. Emil has to breach his mega money contract with Torun and start a rift with them after singing a contract under specific terms set by Torun's management stating that he has to agree to not ride in any other country. FIM can step in but at the end of the day Emil has no case because he signed a contract under specific terms stating that he wouldn't ride in another country. Say for example the FIM take his side just to continue the story, after all of that, he'd then have to rely on a Pro-Ukrainian British Government to do him a favour and then hope that Torun don't terminate him for breaching the terms in his contract after double crossing them.

Can only be down to us wanting the same riders imo, It's just too much of a coincidence to be anything else imo.

Could be a couple of reasons imo. 1. His career is coming to an end so it's a case of getting every last penny out of the sport while he still can. 2. Could also be a farewell tour when it comes to British Speedway like Kasprzak at Lynn.

If Holder does get confirmed then I'll work on the basis of Hans Andersen being the team manager rather than a rider. It's just a really tough sell for me to believe the proposed 1-7 on this thread. Tomalin is a very successful businessman who's putting extra finances into the club so I don't believe that he would make a twit out of himself in public before he's even started his new job by heaping praise and talking about winning a league title with an uncompetitive team that's 2 something under the limit.

I'm working on the basis that either NKI or Holder is out because the proposed 1-7 on here doesn't hold any logic and it doesn't tie in with Tomalin's comments all winter, Tomalin is still talking about challenging for the title now so I don't think he'd embarrass himself like that before he's even got his feet under the table in his new role if the team wasn't competitive. Out of the two I'm more confident on NKI being in for two reasons. 1. Due to the Buster factor (NKI has always been Busters go to guy) and (Buster and Chris have previous issues to iron out) 2. If we're going 2.3 under the limit to begin with then it means that nobody from Europe is willing to ride for us. What I would do with Hans if he's the rider and not the manager. I'd put him on a 5 meeting trial run and if he doesn't do well then he'd have to be dropped from the side. In the first 5 meetings we have 3 Home fixtures and 2 away trips, The two away trips are at Ipswich and Leicester (Technical places that he should go well at)

When you've got over 7.00 points left you simply don't ring up Hans on a 4.93 and offer him the job unless you've been turned down by 20 odd riders. Plenty of EU riders on 6 somethings or low 7's and everyone has a price in this world, By the law of averages one of them would agree to ride imo.

It cant be the team, Tomalin wouldn't sign Andersen and then rave about a way under the limit team before a wheel has been turned imo, He wouldn't make a fool out of himself because he's a smart and successful businessman. Nicki Pedersen is a strong possibility now that Holder has left imo. Opinion -> Chris Holder was never going to ride in the same team as Nicki P just like he was never going to ride for Buster again.
