I think he'd do well to end up with a GSA over 8.00 tbh. 1. Barely any UK experience (Only done a few meetings for Coventry in 2011) 2. Would've spent almost 2 years out of competitive racing (1 full season and 2 winters) 3. Would be riding with Doyle.

No chance of Emil for Panthers that's for certain because Tomalin has basically said we've got seven riders signed in his 4 exciting riders TBA comments. 0% chance he ends up at Ipswich too if the deal relies on the British Government doing a Russian a favour because let's be honest the British government have even been sanctioning 70 year old Babushkas so they're hardly going to bend over backwards for Emil in order for him to earn a living in UK before jetting back off to Poland every week. 50/50 chance Emil ends up at Ipswich if the deal doesn't involve the British Government because you can imagine the FIM backtracking over time.
-
0% chance of both Andersen & Worrall being in. Michael Tomalin is a smart and successful business man and he wouldn't make promises he can't keep, Also wouldn't big the team up if it was a couple of points under the limit. Michael Tomalin knows best because he's the one who signed the riders.

Not at all, I actually want you to sign Emil as it's good for the league as a whole as I've stated on your thread.
-
I don't mean it in a my club is bigger than yours kind of way lol. What I mean is this. Ipswich probably have verbal agreements in place with a couple of riders ranging from second string to heat leaders but they can't actually offer one of them a contract to sign as it stands until they know how many points they'll have left to use on the final rider. That's the only other reason I can think of as to why the delay has been so lengthy at Ipswich if it's nothing to do with Emil.

In my opinion the following five are locked in. 3. Basso (Official) 4. Tungate (Leaving a like on the fixture list post, Wouldn't do that if it didn't hold any relevance to him imo) 5. C. Holder (Flappy mentioned 4 particular riders that put pen to paper ages ago and now three of them have been officially announced) 6. B. Cook (Official) 7. Jenkins (RS) (Official) Final two spots I see two options. Option A (NKI & R. Worrall) or Option B (Nicki P & Hans if Nicki P gets a reassessed average after spending 10 years out of British Speedway) I don't see how Emil stands a chance of riding in the UK if Daniel Smith's recent post on the Ipswich thread is the correct process because our government has no interest in helping Russian's out, They're far too pro Ukrainian. Ipswich delay could now all be down to them waiting to see who we give them out of Andersen & Worrall imo because they can't sign a seventh rider without knowing which one we're going to give them first because as you know Speedway is all about averages.
-
No chance of Emil then if that's the case unfortunately. Our government is far too pro Ukrainian for any of them to help a Russian out at this moment in time imo.
-
I can finally relax now.
-
I know how you feel tbh, My team frustrates the hell out of me too most weeks.
-
Rich considering you're the one getting worked up about it lol, It wouldn't bother you if you was the opposite during a miserable winters morning PS there's not a lot of things people can do outside on a miserable winters morning unless someone fancies recreating the musical singin' in the rain.

Basso, B. Cook & JJ announced. Tungate liking a fixture post that wouldn't hold any relevance to him if he wasn't in and Hans leaving a love heart on the same post makes me think they're both in. Flappy has stated that Chris Holder has been signed for some time so that's 6. Last one would have to be NKI unless Nicki P fits on a reassessed average?
-
Liked the facebook post. Hans Andersen left a love heart on the same post so I assume he's in too.
-
Good to see JJ back and he's earned the right to have a full season imo after his improved performances in the last few meetings of the 2022 season. Team looks incredible line puts my mind at rest again. I've still got a little bit of PTSD from the 2022 season Tungate liking a Tweet is telling as well and he's a must considering the scores he puts in around our place.

I read on a Polish site that British clubs are paying more money to riders this year than in previous years hence why we're seeing a few big names being strongly linked with UK returns. The Swedish league isn't as stable as it use to be either which is helping UK clubs attract bigger names.
-
I thought he lived over here tbh.
-
I do think the Emil rumours are true tbh, For example if we was fighting over someone like Chris Holder then the matter would've been resolved before Christmas imo because it's only a simple decision that Chris would have to make whether he wants to ride for Ipswich or Peterborough.
-
I think we've got 7 riders signed for sure but the delay in announcing them is just making me have some negative doubts regarding the 1-7. It's coming across like they're not in a rush to announce the side but they was in a rush to release season ticket details. Maybe I'm just reading too much into things, But for me if the team was a title challenging team then surely you'd want to announce the signings at a rapid pace in order to maximise season ticket sales?
-
We're bang in trouble now imo. We're not in a rush to get team news out despite the season starting in March and that makes me think Andersen & Worrall are both in and that the club want to shift as much season tickets as possible before they announce the full side. No need for the delays to be this lengthy unless it's a complete let down that could hurt the club in the pocket imo.
-
I'll go with Richie Worrall seeing as JJ is the popular pick.
-
Emil for you imo, Your team would've been completed ages ago if those rumours were fake imo.
-
100%. He's still very good around Foxhall so he'll easily put a point on his average if he's at Ipswich.
-
More than likely imo.
-
Hope Tungate gets announced next if he's in. I'm still holding off on purchasing a season ticket until I see the team.

Predictions for Prem 2023 as teams stand ...
TTT replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
1. Sheffield (Unbeatable at Home and should win the vast majority of away fixtures too imo) 2. Peterborough (Only if NKI, C. Holder & Tungate are in the 1-7, Nailed on for the wooden spoon if Andersen & Worrall are both in though, Not being biased but if the 1-5 contains Basso, Tungate, NKI & C. Holder then Peterborough will run riot at Home in 2023 much like Belle Vue did in 2022, Ben Cook is a very shrewd signing imo who will score very well on the big tracks imo) 3. Ipswich (This will raise a few eyebrows imo, If Doyle/Emil is the top two then that's great but the rest of the team will need to perform as well, Rew possibly in the 1-5 with no UK experience and coming off an injury, No power scoring reserve if Emil signs and King will have to recapture his old form by putting in solid shifts every week as the 3rd HL) 4. Belle Vue (I think they've made a mistake in letting Matej Zagar go tbh, Just my personal opinion I think they look a HL short next season compared to other teams) 5. Leicester (Surprising? I think the Lions team building has fallen off a cliff with the last couple of signings and I don't think they'll do much on the road next season unless Nick Morris drastically improves his away from, Dan Thompson failing to get a ride in the Championship isn't good for himself or Leicester imo, Justin Sedgmen isn't good enough to ride in the 1-5 and Jake Allen is a risky signing because he hasn't been good for the last couple of years in either league) 6. King's Lynn (Doesn't have the firepower to compete in the big Heats, KL is a team relying too heavily on the No.6 to clean up every week just to stay in meetings imo) 7. Wolverhampton (Risky side from top to bottom and they'll be found wanted next season imo, Masters may struggle at No.1 considering some of the Elite names being rumoured for British Speedway, How long will Rory take to settle in?, Can Douglas finally figure out Monmore?, Zach Cook has very limited experience on Premiership tracks so it's just one too many questions marks for me) -
Would be a cracking signing for them on a 4.93. Hans would only be useful to Ipswich & Wolves these days because modern day riders struggle to ride technical tracks. Hans enjoys those tracks and he still scores very well on them.
