  1. Sam Hagon could be an option considering he's riding for Stewart Dickson's Lions side in 2025.
  2. Same top 4 I've got and in that order as well (Based on Oxford getting a No.1) King's Lynn are being underestimated with this Ht 13 & 15 talk, At Home they've got a 1 & 5 more than capable of getting 4-2's and 5-1's because it's a team of track specialists who've got proven pedigre when it comes to winning big Heats against Elite riders around the AFA, Plus all it takes is for Kvech to fully adapt on the Away tracks and then King's Lynn have a No.1 with solid backup throughout the team. I think Sheffield are being way overrated based on a couple of riders, Flint has done nothing for years, Gilkes isn't anywhere near good enough to be a No.6 (His average dropped by 0.41 this season as a RS) and Rowe is unproven in the 1-5, He's only done two meetings in the 1-5 for KL and that was against a team who were going through the motions as they were already thinking about the play-off meetings after being handed 1st place by the higher ups which made those KL meetings pointless.
  3. I don't think Leicester will make the play-off's as it stands tbh even though it's rumoured to be 6 returnees from this year. I just think Howarth for Lawson is too big of a drop off considering the Fricke/Lawson partnership was Leicester's one two punch that got a lot of 4-2's and 5-1's. I also think Sheffield are vulnerable, Fantastic top three but the tail end still has to take 12 combined rides per a meeting which levels itself out imo.
  4. I didn't word my post well, I was trying to say it would've been 7.51 left for a final rider if Schlein was on his Wolves average of 5.89. Schlein would be on a 5.39 so he's well worth a punt at reserve considering you're getting 0.50 discount off his average before the get go.
  5. It's a decent side but like you said when you compare it to other teams rumoured 1-7's then it doesn't look that good. Lawson scored 8 or more points (Excluding Bonus Points) in 9 out of 15 Home meetings for Leicester this season so Howarth has got big shoes to fill. Still no real solid backup for Fricke as well which is a worry, The Lions need the real Luke Becker to turn up next season.
  6. Was a small rumour in regards to Oxford but I think that's all it was as it's all gone quiet on that front with everything pointing towards the one change after Stewart's comments in Leicester's Lawson PR.
  7. I've got no idea as I had Musielak down for the No.1 race jacket.
  8. Going with the flow of recent rumours as I always do as it keeps the forum traffic up. Way under the limit but a large chunk of the budget would be splashed out on the No.1 & No.5, Common knowledge that Zagar asks for big money and Musielak would be on No.1 money as well. 1. Musielak 8.21 2. Sedgmen 4.79 3. S. Worrall 5.69 4. Rew 5.67 or Z. Cook 5.57 5. Zagar 7.50 (Reassessed Average) 6. Kerr 4.77 7. Edwards (RS)
  9. Going with the flow in regards to Schlein, Worth a punt now imo as he'll slot in at reserve on a converted Championship average (5.39) instead of the last average he attained at Wolverhampton (5.89). 1. 8.01 (8.00 Assessed rider) 2. Riss 5.55 3. Janowski 7.02 4. Wright 6.32 5. Tungate 7.71 6. Schlein 5.39 7. Killeen (RS)
  10. 7.51 if Schlein's on his Wolves average with no 2.5% Reduction.
  11. It doesn't but just going with the flow as always, The rest of the team must be awful as the budget will be gone on the top two.
  12. Assuming Peter's mate (Riss) and Wright are retained then it leaves 13.40 for two riders. If Schlein is at Oxford (I don't believe for one second that he is) but just going with the flow then you'd be looking for someone on a mid to high 7's GSA. Conclusion it's a Sam Masters sized gap.
  13. Lawson, Kerr, Z. Cook, Rowe & Carins (When Available) leaves 8.74 for two Former Pirate Ablitt 4.91 who's not at Scunny leaves 3.85 which means Foord 3.90 wouldn't fit but the rumoured Paul Starke does. Foord would've been retained if it was Hagon or Thomsen at No.2.
  14. Only explanation is that Ablitt is at No.2 which doesn't leave enough points for Foord. Could easily have retained Foord with one of Hagon/Thomsen.
