  1. He held a card up at the darts and it said... "Buster pay what you owe, £35,000... see you next tuesday" but Alex has apologised for that now, it’s all been sorted out and they are happily moving on
  2. Why would any of them go AWOL?... Ben Cook, Iversen, Lawson, Klindt, Kvech and Harris are not the Musielak/Tarasenko type! None of them would do that. I think that’s why those riders have been chosen tbh (and the fact they are all class)
  3. Better than Harris and Boughen?… no way
  4. We beat Sheffield 3 times at home in 2024 (50-40, 51-39 & 48-42) with a worse 1 to 7 than our predicted one for 2025… so your comment makes no sense whatsoever!! We also beat Belle Vue 51-39 at home
  5. Agreed, I think we’ll win the majority of our home matches with that rumoured lineup and we’ll definitely cause a few upsets away if the home team isn’t quite on top form… I think we’ll get top 4 if they stay fit for most of the season
  6. I’m not even bothered about winning, not winning every meeting anyway or even often… I just want my team to be competitive, not see them getting beaten by 16-30 points every meeting
  7. Nah… Rew to Aces, Brennan to Witches, Z Cook to stay at Brum
  8. Brennan to Witches and Rew to Aces then
  9. I agree, I think Kvech will be at number 1 after the first average change or maybe the 2nd… Kvech Iversen Cook Harris Lawson Klindt Boughen, looks so much better than, Cook Iversen Kvech Klindt Lawson Harris Boughen… I know it’s the same riders, but you know what I mean
  10. If you think that septet won’t win any away matches then you’re clueless, yeah it won’t win them all but it will probably win 20%, which will be enough if they win 90% of home matches (which will happen if all fit)
  11. If he stays at number 1 though then surely his average will go up… as Kvech and Lawson will add to their averages I’m sure… and if Cook doesn’t stay at 1 then his average will start going up again when he moves back to 2, 3 or 4
  12. I don’t usually spend £15 a night on food and drink though… But as I’ve already said, take the food and drink out of the equation, why should I waste 20 odd quid on a ticket and petrol on a 100 mile round trip if we had a team that clearly wasn’t capable of getting top 4 from the start and being 2-3 points under the limit?… to be capable of getting into the top 4 we need a team that is no worse than Cook Iversen Kvech Klindt Lawson Harris Boughen!! It’s as simple as that
  13. I shouldn’t have to… but even so, take the food and drink out of the equation, why should I waste 20 odd quid on a ticket and petrol on a 100 mile round trip if we had a team that clearly wasn’t capable of getting top 4 from the start and being 2-3 points under the limit?… to be capable of getting into the top 4 we need a team that is no worse than Cook Iversen Kvech Klindt Lawson Harris Boughen!! It’s as simple as that
  14. Because I leave home at 5:30 when I go to speedway and I don’t get home until around 11-11:30… I don’t eat usually until 7pm ish, so you expect me to not eat or drink anything for the 6 hours I’m out?
  15. So I should waste 20 odd quid on a ticket, another 10-15 quid on food and drinks plus do a 100 mile round trip at least once a week to watch a team that is 2 points below the limit and worse than the team stated above?…
  16. sheffield- holder, rowe, holder, pickering, woffinden, gilkes, flint kings lynn- b cook, iversen, kvech, klindt, lawson, harris, boughen simple as that
  17. Lawson wanted to go back to Lynn and with the numbers game on top of that it made sense
  18. If our team is the team that’s been suggested (B Cook, Iversen, Kvech, Klindt, Lawson, Harris, Boughen) then I think we have a good chance of making top 4… but if it’s any worse than that 7 then we’ve got no chance! I won’t be going if the team is worse than that stated above
  19. If that happens then it’s an absolute joke!! Well, even more of a joke anyway
  20. I think Ben will kick on, his average is 6.99 as it stands and I expect him to finish 2025 in the 7’s… can’t see him going down
  21. He picked Lynn’s rising star apparently, he wanted Ashton there… so that tells me that he’ll be with the Stars, but we’ll see. the rider I spoke to is adamant that he’s signed for Lynn
