I read Bartosz has a new engine tuner now, he might win the championship by 50 points now instead of 40. It’s been seriously hard to gather any enthusiasm for this series this year, Bartosz hasn’t been particularly good yet is still winning the series by a country mile, you cannot tell me the two Russians would be that far behind him at this point?

I’m thrilled Emil has got away relatively well from what was a horrible crash. There are very few that carry themselves on and off track as well as him, a bright spark in what had been a pretty rough period for speedway in this country. Questions have got to be asked of the track prep at Sheffield though and how the material was allowed to build up like that across the course of the night, it resembled a motorcross berm.

I just watched the final race again and if I was a guessing man on what the words where about I imagine it was about the first lap of heat 15 going into turn 3/4, Michelsen had a good run and was going for the outside line and then Madsen come up from the inside and totally blocked all momentum. Someone else also made the point that Leon doesn’t seem to interested in team riding tonight…

You take Lublin out and you have quite a competitive league, seems they can all beat each other on their day.

With all the guesting that goes on (which I think is bizarre another rider helping another side competing in the league) why are teams still made up of 7 riders? Would decreasing it to 6 not help with the numbers available when team building and covering long term injuries? Don’t they have smaller teams in Denmark?
