Poor meeting imo.

Drove over from Peterborough as I left it too late to try Leicester tonight. Thought it was a pretty poor meeting, if you didn’t make a gate you didn’t really have a chance, shame when there was a big crowd in. I’ve tried Lynn a few times now and it hasn’t got any better sadly. I want to support speedway in this country after my club has now finished but I won’t be parting with my money too regularly when that’s the product on offer. And before the accusations of it being another bitter Peterborough fan there was plenty of crap meetings at the Eoes.

What’s the parking like for Leicester?

I think maybe a system like the tie break in golf rather than the current points for a superheat. First heat advantage after heat 15 wins the extra point.

I like the superheat, we had some crackers at Peterborough in our time.

Sucks not having a team anymore…even more so now the season has started in earnest.

No, good luck to all teams involved this season but sadly I won’t be following very closely. Planning to do a couple of weekends in Poland though.

If they was riding for different Polish teams I’d agree, just think Bartosz is still a bit of a protected species when Jack is being paid week in week out by the same people that are pumping money into Bartosz.

Dan needs to start p1ssing round Bartosz’ territory to ever win a world title, far too nice atm.

Won’t make my prediction just yet until the teams are all announced but good to see some strong sides already. Just hope that they are sustainable financially, can’t afford to lose many more teams now.

He improved quite a lot in the second half of the season, some top rides against good opposition.

Let’s not forget the ‘start behaving and stop bad mouthing me online or I’ll cancel your farewell meeting’ statement that appeared before the final home league meeting. Start being straight with people Keith and then maybe such things wouldn’t be written online maybe?

Yes when you compare him to other riders of a similar age his progression has stagnated lately imo, maybe he is spreading himself a bit thin like you said.

Not much between them but probably be a good idea for Tom to have a fresh start somewhere else, his progression has stalled slightly in the last 18 months.

He’s a better rider than Brennan imo, he will go very well round the NSS. One of very few bright sparks for Peterborough this season.

A couple of weekends in Poland hopefully this year, not got much appetite for the racing in the country right now. The penny has really dropped now the team building discussion has started and I don’t have a team to follow anymore, it’s sad.

Wouldn’t of expected him to go based on the past few months and I doubt he would of been very welcome.

For someone that keeps telling us he’s on holiday Karen Worrall does a lot of whinging on social media for somebody who is supposedly done with the sport.

Agreed, does my head in. Anyway best of luck to Oxford, brave but I wish them all the best. Gutted not to have my team involved next year.
