To put it into context I’m at the Le Mans 24 hours the same weekend as Belle Vue and a general admission week ticket for that event is £129. Those prices released today for Speedway GP are ridiculous.

Playing devils advocate, it probably would have cost me more like £115 all in with fuel, tickets, food etc and getting home in the early hours so £15 don’t seem too bad.

Whilst I agree with Marek's comments, I cant see anyone stepping up to the plate to challenge Bartosz any time soon and that someone also having the star power to help generate some interest in the series as well.

You stick Emil & Artem back into the series and what you get realistically at best is a 3 horse race for the world title (3 may even be a stretch but you know you definitely have a 2 horse race with Artem because he’s done it before) so now we have another year of a complete non event world championship. It’s the equivalent of taking Arsenal & Liverpool out of the premier league this season. Are we really at a point where riders that are 44th in the PGEE averages and 10th in M2E averages are getting wildcard picks for a world championship?

Line up has gone down like a cup of cold sick on social media, always good for business.
