Edinburgh v Glasgow , jubilee thingy , 29/7/22@19-30
Jaizer replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Slightly pedantic question but as Tom and ulle have same average as of 1st August anyone know who is treated as the higher averaged? With Tom potentially missing meetings would make sense to be him as can get a guest. -

I know there's mitigating circumstances but that's really shocking for the paying fans -

Yeah and using Adam roynon for hans Andersen would happen in a league match would it? What a stupid comment -

Mickey mouse competition that should be held start of the season like the old premier trophy. Look at sides Plymouth and Birmingham put out last few nights if want any evidence of clubs not taking it seriously -
Oxford vs Plymouth 27/07/22

Only previous precedents I can think of are Roger lobb and Frank smart. And wasn't there something with Danny bird as well? Anyway to my recollection none of those riders were seen again. I'm not in the know or in any way know what goes on behind closed doors when comes to riders private lives but being intoxicated in any Motorsport is extremely dangerous and must be dealt with severely -

A 7 ride maximum (r/r plus TS) would go a long way to helping the cause -

Spud for Tom r/r for Ben. As Ben now 2nd in averages everyone can take a ride. I'd be surprised if we hit 40 with that side tbh -
Plymouth vs Oxford 26/07/22 CJL
Jaizer replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It was a question I asked about the CJL counting towards averages as his form has dipped last couple weeks wondered if was keeping an eye on the average situation. Not that I'm suggesting for a second that riders do that kind of thing -

Wonder who they'll use as a guest -
Never say never. Although our asset now I know Tom still has plenty links to Eastbourne and would love to ride there again.

It's stopped the production line of talent too. Eastbourne had 4/5 good kids coming through from one track alone. Now looking at NDL whose a really top prospect? Sam hagon maybe? At that time were 10-15 now riding CL or EL. It felt like a help to CL as they were ready for step up whereas now the jump is huge again

Good though the guests are not ideal missing 3 of your top 4 at home. Can't decide on this one so go for 45-45 -
Leicester vs Edinburgh 16/07/22 CL
Jaizer replied to IainB's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Think like illness need to start putting a nominal number of days can't ride. Not being fit Saturday, but can ride Poland on Sunday and no doubt for wolves on Monday is farcical. Bet not as ostracised as much as Claus vissing!! -

I'd imagine for their TMs travelling allowance they would choose Glasgow . Would be an interesting scenario, Leicester probably be hoping Plymouth or Glasgow lose to Edinburgh or Redcar/ Scunthorpe.
