SGB Championship 2023 Confirmed Signings
Jaizer replied to Nickinho's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
The sarj retired too -
Sickens me that waste of space right turner is gp director. One of the filthiest moves I've ever witnessed. Was a miracle he got out the stadium that day

Again what you want? Party hat and a balloon? Blue Peter badge? You won't be alone on this forum. Difference is rest don't act like you and I have bit of respect for. You're ego is so big you just have to be the person in the know or you'll have to cry yourself to sleep. Pretty sad existence in my book
-
Mate, your the worst kind of sports fan. A jumped up ego maniac with their nose up the arse of whoever you think is important. Couldn't give a monkeys how I look it's a forum, you know where you put opinions out. I never said complin wouldn't come just didn't want him. Same with Harris. Stand by it neither signing make sense. Now run along like the sycophant you are to get your next bit of "Insider knowledge". Absolute bore
-
Doubt it, would seem like undermining complin if say thanks mate but you were our second choice. Sports propaganda will say he was always our first choice and isn't he great
-
Totally agree few variables at play, need Harris and Ben to near as possible maintain their averages, need Tom to become genuine heat leader get up towards an 8.00 and need nowak and vissing to significantly improve. Not overly convinced but then I've probably said that about every team so far with reduced points limit!!
-
Do I? Ok straw poll folks any multimillionaire lottery winners on? No didn't think so
-
Let's face it if were any good at the lottery wouldn't be wasting your time on the forum of a minority sport would you?
-
Think he's holding out for a blue Peter badge
-
I mean if they can get some of the muscle off him get speedway rider physique again I suppose he'll maybe do ok. As I've said before not the ideal reserve partner for young Ace either. Going to very reliant on top 5
-
Complin it is
-
He was reliable last time at Glasgow but I appreciate was unreliable for Brum. Given his injuries I wonder if be allowed to ride this season
-
Don't believe you can start a season with an injured rider. Would need to be a temp replacement
-
If Newman won't be fit for start of season would young Connor be an option? I know ablitt beat him in play off final but it's kind of place he could flourish
-
There's one thing with KK he'll either be brilliant or dreadful, never seems to be anywhere in the middle!!
-
I'll take a stab Mr vissing is being saved for Christmas week (Santa Claus n all that). The debated 7th rider as a Christmas present in the form of young Tate or the krampus if it's complin? Lol
-
It's all banter until someone takes offence ha.
-
You deserve batch after all your Harris chat
-
I think Richard just likes to concentrate on himself. Could be wrong but don't recollect him captaining any team. Spud was the captain when Richard was at Glasgow, think kerr was during their time at Eastbourne and don't think he was at Redcar or Workington either (happy to be corrected)
-
Seem to remember they ran a meeting as Birmingham past present and future that included Pickering and I think Brennan. They thought might get both and obviously with Edinburgh reprieve and never thought Tom was ever going anywhere they've got neither
-
With this 40 point limit seems to be getting a lot of 2 pointers thrown in at the deep end to sink or swim. Good luck to them but for my money most could do with at least another season at NDL level
-
I'm sure he'll probably do better than the 7.10 he achieved in his last full season at champ level but anything over 8 will probably be successful. Absolutely agree about Harris, won't have the home advantage he had at Berwick. I assume the theory is Ben will be more the home no.1 and Harris will be better away. Hope it comes off as seems a gamble in my eyes
-
Yeah I agree, but my struggle with Berwick is TJ on an average 1.5-2 points above what it should be so in my head your team is built lower. That and will the rooboy come back the same rider as was at Poole? I know you could maybe say they same for Edinburgh that lasse and hooks true averages would bring them down as well. But imo they'll at least achieve those averages this season whereas almost impossible for TJ to hit his.
-
Don't think it's a bad side. If cookie gets back to being 9.5 plus rider and hook and lasse can kick on after a season of learning then could be challengers (by that I mean to win it don't need the standard "they only need to finish 6th of 9" response). Of what's been announced/ assumed I'd say better than Berwick, Oxford and scunny and about on par with Redcar and Glasgow.
