Firstly as mentioned tom was ill, followed by his shoulder meeting the track hard hindering his riding and writing off his first bike (not that his first ride was any better mind). Secondly given how Tom and bomber performed that night I'd guess the track was set up differently while they may have been set up for it being the same. Should be no excuses for the league match, if you're capable of legitimately passing Emil he should be capable of more than 4 points at WR... Or anywhere for that matter

Leon's never been very good at ashfield, was alluded to by Greg Blair I noticed when watched meeting back last night. Whatever the ins and outs of it I think most Glasgow fans would tell you Connor needed a season away to improve, was in his comfort zone I'd say. He also improves when he's busy, having only one team last season was a problem. With 3 teams and improving can see the difference in him the 3 times he's been back this season. I doubt he'd have won that last season. Gladly have him back in the stripes
