Tarasenko was supposed to sign for Birmingham. Glasgow remember sign wojydolo and signed tarasenko after that was blocked. Reality is he offered his services to all championship clubs isn't it, but why let that get in the way of an excuse that's taken a year to come up with 🤣

Having watched James Grieves for 20 odd years (whose first act in league speedway was to wipe out frede schott as I recall) I don't mind the pantomime villain stuff, it has mostly disappeared as riders have become "professional". Giving grief to Eriksson, schott, fisher etc and getting a bit back was part of the entertainment. But not when another rider is prone on the track and an ambulance being called, that's the only bit I had issue with personally.

Kileen was the key man, without him and Nichols having a stinker unfortunately never going to be enough. Well done Poole

Hopefully boughen returns to the form he was in at ashfield and Redcar just a few weeks ago. Was absolutely flying beat bomber by length of the straight at Glasgow. Drop off in form seems extreme looking how good he was but if carrying an injury won't be helping

Paid 8 Vs Oxford including beating Nichols (albeit off a 15m handicap) was a fantastic effort for a 2 pointer imo. Why wouldn't we be looking at him for next season based on that?

Not embarrassed in the slightest. Speedway existed up until 4/5 years ago without the need for reserve teams from other clubs. Was a thriving NDL on its own right. Btw I have little interest in premiership either, that embarrassing too? The champ imo has always had the most entertaining product until Mr Morris has come along and tried to run it into the ground to try and maintain a premiership that's been on life support for at least a decade. I have knowledge of the NDL and the riders coming through, I just don't find Joe Thompson winning most heats by 3/4 of a lap entertaining and wouldn't pay to watch it. Get it?

Because it's a non starter loss making idea not ground breaking at all for most clubs. Personally have no interest in NDL racing and know many who feel the same.

Try filling the 6 blank weeks through the summer with something creative like, I don't know, a fixture! Were several 2/3 week gaps at most clubs too.

Howarth used to be abysmal round ashfield, last couple appearances been double figures though
