  1. Don't fancy the stripes to take anything from this. Cookie guested for Plymouth earlier in season didn't do too well, broc did pretty well guesting for Scunthorpe but Sam and Connor won't have seen place before and don't expect Ricky to beat any or pirates top 3. If it's a 3.75 guest could be in for a spanking
  2. From what I've read elsewhere because their original team name up was below 38
  3. Oh I remember..sure was day after scored about 6 for us. Language my old man used that night could never be repeated ha
  4. Yeah suppose. Probably my hatred of Harris coming through lol. Waste of space when rode for us on his guarantee wage
  5. I know it mattered to Poole but realistically pressure was off Birmingham were guaranteed the 3 points
  6. Did it matter? Meeting was already won. Makes little difference to Birmingham if Poole got a point or not
  7. Chris Harris not showing up in the big meetings. How glad I am he's someone else's problem
  8. Scored well on Friday night against Poole..
  9. Whoever is doing texts for update site certainly not a fan of the track
  10. Grading after heat 3... Why didn't they do anything while waiting on the ambulance?
  11. Updated site suggesting yet another poorly prepared track? Any confirmation?
  12. Be few heats with 3 riders only there. Bit short sighted not to name a no.8. hope both riders ok
  13. Couldn't agree more about lack of a competitive national League. The reason we have this current talented generation of Brennan, Palin, flint, Kemp, Thompson's, bailey etc is because the grew up in a competitive league so were prepared for the jump to the championship. And looking forward to next season with this rising star nonsense is supposed to be getting extended, tell me who in the NFL currently is going to be ready for the step up? Maybe the lad hagon at mildenhall? Beyond that there's not going to be any riders to take the rising star places. In the last 20/25 years riders have progressed through that level so to more or less kill it this season has been shocking IMO. If Eastbourne, Birmingham and maybe even Newcastle had the option of the competitive NDL of 3/4 years ago they may have chosen that option and wouldn't be in the situation they find themselves in.
  14. If need a guest for Sunday and his average hasn't change Ben Cook is a no brainer. Was spectacular at ashfield for Poole earlier in the season
  15. Quite a few options seem to have disappeared with the September averages. Had a quick look probably looking at the sarj, Ruml or either of the Cook brothers. Although how likely Poole are to help a fellow play off team I don't know
  16. Yeah we had bickley at reserve couple years ago. Won't be able to use him at Leicester as Berwick at home same night though
  17. Can't use R/R for a reserve so would need to be guest of some kind. Interesting to see if get the 5.00 as it's due to international red tape
  18. Peter facenna video on Twitter suggesting earliest nowak will be able to ride would be this Sunday. Do we get a facility for Poole and Leicester or does sedgeman keep his place?
  19. His Tweet says he's available for both Ipswich and Glasgow
  20. Anything to read into that there's been no press release just a Twitter announcement? Have bspl not approved the change? Is there another change to come?
  21. Still sticks in the throat that whole ordeal. Still support anyone but Madsen in the GPs
  22. Fair enough, wasn't sure if was riding in Poland
  23. Having a wee nosey through the updates site seems to be a 5/6 point man in that league albeit that is a far tougher looking division than our championship. We will see I suppose, but thought maybe a young Dane (Mads Hansen?) Might have been better move
