  1. Based on current forecast I see no speedway at ashfield this Tuesday. Then again don't see any this week at all.
  2. You realise riders don't live at the track right? Glasgow I expect only Connor stays in Glasgow, Edinburgh I don't know if any of them will. Maybe the Aussies.
  3. Like you've said it's a football atmosphere creeping in, don't like it at all. Stopped going to Ibrox as much for that very reason. Banters fine but some of the vitriol getting spouted just no need for
  4. Fierce rivalry or not no need for anything I've heard from both sides last few weeks. I'm all for celebrating but sore losers and sore winners ruining the whole atmosphere. Getting to stage not going to be away fans going which is what neither club wants. End of the day as the northern outposts of British speedway we need each other and everybody needs to realise that.
  5. Haha remove your tongue from cheek you know exactly of what I speak
  6. Sorry but Mike Hunter has let himself down again with the post match press release. Personal opinions should not be included in these unless quotes from the team/ promotion
  7. Wonder if Glasgow 1st leg be Sunday. Seems decent forecast for Sunday afternoon with Poole in Edinburgh tomorrow anyway
  8. Phew, can't say that's felt as easy as 30-30 but only need finishers now. Bring on the pie-rats
  9. Aye that's the funny world of speedway. Yeah the lads top class, proper racer as well. Gating come on a ton last month or so
  10. Haha yes let's not talk about "the incident". From the easty thread seems a lot of issues with Mr Jordan. Shame bit of a British speedway institution
  11. Joke being given our pumping there last week, we are highly apprehensive about this evening. Hope better news for the eagles in coming months
  12. The lol wasn't sufficient? Tough school Anyway. Mon the stripes
  13. Jesus Christ it was a joke. Away n get sense of humour transplant lol
  14. Edinburgh should've given us a walkover so could hold first leg tonight
  15. Thinking about it probably his 2 best meetings in his abysmal season with us were at shielfield. As I say hope it works out, wish nothing but good luck to Berwick fans and promotion
  16. If it's to be a weakened championship next term Harris on a sub 8 average should clean up. I do wonder about a rider that can't gate on a track that's hard to pass on though. I hope for Berwick's sake it all works out, promotion deserve a bit of success
  17. It's an interesting one, 52-38 at ashfield back in June. Schlein injured in heat 1, IRR got 5 including a last from king. Not always Rory's favourite track so don't know if see much more than that. Cook was class at reserve Hume really only beat Smith, different now both in main body. Basso I'd imagine have no issues as a racer on a racers track. Wells also in better form and stronger for Brennan, Bailey and nowak. Beaten fairly convincingly down at Poole running nl guest instead of Marcin, cookie not in form at the time, Sam and Connor improved as night went on, know the track now. Poole definitely favourites but could be closer than people think IF, we manage to get 35 at armadale tonight
  18. Think all going to come down to the points limit. If what's been discuss elsewhere comes to pass, having a masters or cook in your team going to lead to a very long tail
  19. Yeah that's true was great ride too. That's as dominant as he's been, never looked like losing
  20. Really? Thomson was a shock. Worral yeah he has that in his locker. Pickering at least had ride of the night.
