  1. Decent return from ulle at Josh autys testimonial. 8 points and from the updates site sounded like getting stuck in
  2. They'll get a guest anyway as it's a meeting in his home league. The NDL guest rule I'm sure got binned a while back. The question of the leagues integrity around a signing who'll miss a lot of home matches (if that is that case) would be more my concern. Have the bspl approved all the signings yet?
  3. 12 programmed heats and 3 nominated as I remember. Think one rider was nominated as a reserve could take extra rides possibly?
  4. It tends to be a last minute decision on a Friday if the stripes are off. 20 quid on the gate makes that decision a whole lot easier. Like from afar says just stream it for 12 quid n between me and the old man that's 18 quid saved.
  5. While looks more competitive side than anyone predicted I don't see that tbh. Claus is a good guy but has had essentially 2 years out the sport don't see him maintaining his average as no.1. only need ask Scunthorpe fans opinion on Ellis last season in the championship and with auty, Shanes and Morris while will do well at home don't see picking up many points on the road
  6. Good signing Claus, good guy and solid heat leader. Happy to see him fixed up in UK again
  7. Judging from cookies interview from Friday I assume ulle will be skipped?
  8. More of a wipeout along the home straight as I remember. Yeah Mr Brady senior wasn't happy that day. Sad news his passing
  9. Connor named BV no 8. Shame couldn't fit him in their NDL side as well. Came on leaps and bounds once was getting regular track time last season
  10. Lol I've been paying for adult and a concession for years. Oops
  11. Pretty sure there was. Old man didn't go last year cause of covid so can't say for sure. Remember in past asking pensioners if could afford full price to pay it but sure there was always an option. Of course I could well be wrong... Again lol
  12. Yes. Glasgow children and oaps is £12. If I take my 75 year old father to Berwick on Saturday and Glasgow on Sunday cost exactly the same. Hence it's "the going rate"
  13. Yeah 100%. Now you mention it I'm sure we did that one year in the distant past against a Swedish outfit When say distant past I mean early 00s. Not so distant as what some on here no doubt go back to
  14. A pound cheaper on standard admission but dearer on concessions is a deviation on the going rate? Not in my mind
  15. Same at Glasgow. Additional 2 quid for seat in the stands. Think that's the going rate this year
  16. Don't think so, Scottish cup/ spring trophy both disappeared few years ago thankfully. Local derbies only stay interesting of not happening 5/6 times a season. I'd much have preferred an inter league challenge like had with Coventry few years ago. Let's guys get any gremlins out plus saw riders wouldn't see again that season.
  17. Surely, bspa should have used that money to pay Eastbourne debts? I mean even just ethically its correct thing to do (I know bspa and ethics what am I thinking)
  18. Couldn't they use for example the money Glasgow paid for Brennan?
  19. Tbh it's as competitive a British U21 I've seen for a long time. No bewley or Lambert who are a bit ahead of the others and it's quite a deep field. Palin should be improving on away tracks and kid I was really impressed with was Jordan Jenkins. All could be in podium hunt
  20. Flip side of that is same people might just have stayed home and checked the update site. At least with the stream the club still getting money in
  21. Speaking of French what about bellego and berge? They might be signed up to Denmark too right enough
  22. Frank smart and Roger lobb complete the team nicely
  23. 1 and 3 riding in Denmark on Wednesday nights, NBJ either retired or be doing the same
