  1. Ian Jordan has reappeared back on Facebook. Maybe the time he has had away from de-activating his account he and Carol have finally been able to sort out the refund process they started and were failing at terribly. Also noted his company SP2A have had a few winners over the last few days with Ian being quoted as back tipping/working " It's good to have Ian on board as a Tipster once again, especially at some of his favourite Courses like Cheltenham, and hopefully we will see a lot more of him in the coming weeks and months with tips and analysis" Lets hope the riders will now get paid and anyone else he still owes refunds etc too.
  2. Brief mention in BSPL/SCB statement that they are continuing to work with Eastbourne to help the club back to tapes in 2023. Positive news and hopefully more news from the club over the coming weeks
  3. It be ok @teaboy279 we are in the same position at Arlington but have a little bit of hope with open Meetings in 2022 by the new committee being formed and looking to return to league racing in 2023. Was a shock to us when our season was pulled in August but not as big a shock realising our Director now wants to be known as Carol and wanted to rob all us fans. I was looking forward to some Tuesday nights up at Central Park in 2022 and still believe something will still happen there. I heard from a mate yesterday AGM is now been put back 3 weeks. Maybe thats to allow more time for clubs like Kent to come to tapes in 2022.
  4. Friend who goes to Kent every week says Terry Russell been a regular there. Maybe here move his Swindon setup into Central Park. And that where Doyley is coming back and racing in the UK
  5. Yes Just hope those Saying Ian Jordan has nothing to do with Plymouth Gladiators are Correct. What he has done to us regular Arlington visitors is complete disgrace. He said on the Mic at the Plymouth meeting in July he was Co Director off the Gladiators and the PACE. Wish Plymouth well in 2022 but just pray the management and fans are rid of Jordan and Carol aka Ian Jordan.
  6. Carol Jordan has left Plymouth so someone posted on here a week or so ago
  7. Guess that be first thing to be sorted by the new management committee then before any open meetings can take place? Fingers crossed something takes place in 2022
  8. One on left looks like Ed Kennett from his Coventry days.
  9. Possible open meetings in 2022 at Arlington reading in the speedway star this week. Would one of those be the 90th that was due to take place this year?
  10. Good Luck Brian with that. Hope it has a massive turnout. How about getting the guys at speedway Tavern to do a special show on it next Tuesday and the following Tuesday after it? All the more interest generated the better?
  11. Do not believe a word Ian"Carol" Jordan prints or says. You only have to read on the eagles facebook page and every week in speedway star like Lewi Kerr today. The man is a lier
  12. Eastbourne did. Just man running it was and still is causing the issues
  13. Eastbourne. IAN JORDAN!!!!! Or Carol as he has been going by.
  14. Guess we will have to wait see what develops. Guess the BSPL conference is a week or two away to see what comes from thst but i would have thought surely on the agenda would be to get a track either Eastbourne or Kent up and running for 2022 and give them as much support as possible.
  15. True. Bound to be lots rumours flying around for a few weeks. Still maybe something can be sorted out for Eastbourne 2022. Bspl are surely going need more tracks?
  16. Friend rang me last night said he heard Kent Kings promotion was coming to Eastbourne to run in 2022? Not sure how true or if its more of a rumour thats circulating but i would have thought the BSPL would be looking to encourage clubs/tracks like Eastbourne back to tapes in March with so much uncertainty at other places Only thing i can see stopping any speedway is the on going situation with Ian Jordan and his outstanding bills which maybe would be the blocker.
  17. On oddshot speedway and grass track. Iwade speedway thanking Kent kings for their airfence
  18. Yes i see that. Perhaps an NDL team could run out of Iwade supported by all these new Kent King Fans found
  19. Crowds were good at Eastbourne 2021 for Championship level. Do not believe all Ian / Carol Jordan had been advertising. What was not was the man running it and now appears to have gone into hiding
  20. Don't know why your worried old Bob. Eastbourne lives rent free in your mind.
  21. Good to hear positive news from the club today. I guess 2022 is to soon to get the club back on track with the never ending saga by the ex promotion that obviously needs putting to bed before the management team can take over knowing everything has been settled. A year out i guess a few Tuesday nights down to kent will keep the buzz alive for a return to Arlington in 2023. Good luck to the new management team looking to put the effort and obviously money in to promote the sport at Arlington again. One happy 57 year old today
  22. Does anybody actually know what is outstanding to riders, fans, stadium rent etc? It does appear Ian and even the lovely Carol have both gone to ground now? Would be nice to have a statement to say what the current situation is and plans if any going forward. Ian in his assessment back in August said he had people interested and would pass details over. Guess now @Richard Weston has retired as M.D stated other week guess we won't be getting anymore website updates under Ian Jordan Promotion.
  23. Does anybody know what the latest is on Eastbourne. Sitting having my morning Coffee reading Speedway star and another small piece about Jordan still not paying up and gone quite by Drew Kemp. Not seen to much on Facebook this week about himself or Carol as he's been pretending to be as to weather he been paying up or not as has been the case past few weeks? Guess Masons paid all bills at brum whereas Jordan still owes and thats why Brum return is a lot easier. Fingers crossed positive news for both clubs soon
