Ipswich wouldn't be stupid enough to go with an engine room of Heeps, Batchelor & Riss with all three arriving off the back of a poor season. Cook surely has to be the No.3
-
Same here. We'll find out tonight for sure if Riss isn't announced for us or Sheffield.

At least your club is run professionally making sure the numbers and sums add up before getting in too deep so to speak. Tungate still hasn't got fixed up in Sweden so you'll be alright imo. -

Think most of our riders will see an average drop due the starting GSA's being based around a rider scoring double figures at reserve in a number of meetings. I think this is a realistic target range for the following three riders Lowest estimate to highest estimate. Ully 5.50 - 6.00 Hans 6.00 - 6.50 Bomber (If back) 6.25 - 6.75 -

Tbf that's only because he barely rode in the top flight for 6/7 years. Only had 3 or 4 meetings for us in 2019 and that was it. Other than that we're talking Elite League Days regarding Ostergaard in the top flight when British Speedway had the creme de la creme competing in it. Where's riders like Wells and Proctor have had chance after chance every year in top league and consistently done awful. -

Tbh Ostergaard is a decent rider imo who doesn't get enough credit. Apart from one odd year in the Championship when he got injured mid season his averages for a good few years have all been 7+ Which goes to show he's a very reliable and consistent HL in that division and most Premiership teams consist of Championship riders who he beats regularly in the Championship anyway. Ostergaard is better than riders like Riss, Kerr, Jorgensen, Howarth, R. Worrall, Allen etc. -

I wouldn't reject the signing of Ostergaard on a 7 tbh. Might of used his Glasgow money to buy top equipment which resulted in his performances last season. I'm just nervous about getting the No.6 right tbh because that's the make or break part. Buczkowski or Ostergaard isn't much of a difference imo when you take into account British Experience, Ability to ride certain British tracks, Better rider for team spirit as well as the form Buczkowski has been in for the last couple of years. I just don't want us to end up with a journey man like Proctor or Wells at reserve. -
Riss instead of Cook if that's the case.

Ben Basso, Zaine Kennedy, Kye Thomson or Sam Jensen might be worth a punt. Nick Blodorn 4.00 but he's off to BV apparently. -

Dimitri Berge 4.14, TH Jonasson 4.18 or a newcomer to the league is the best options we've got. Anyone other than one of the above then we're going to struggle next season imo. Can't be going with a Proctor, Wells, J. Wright, S. Lambert etc. -
It has to be this imo. 1. Jason Doyle 2. Cameron Heeps 3. Craig Cook 4. Troy Batchelor 5. Danny King 6. Paul Starke 7. Anders Rowe

1. Michael Palm Toft 2. Scott Nicholls 3. Hans Andersen 4. Chris Harris 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 6. 4.33 and I'm nervous unless we've found a gem out of nowhere. 7. Jordan Palin -

Just a case of the No.6 now. No Riss and No Buczkowski. -
Ipswich have withdrawn the proposed offer to Buczkowski. Confirmed by the rider himself on Sportowefakty. This is set to change in 2022. Yes, now I have signed a contract in the Swedish league, where I have guaranteed matches. I hope to go there in most meetings and that will be a significant difference. At one point there was also an offer from the English league, so far it has not been possible to finalize it. I have one more league to choose from and I will be riding more. The training itself is different, you can check something, but building the form in speedway sport through training is not justified.

Buczkowski is not riding in the UK after a club pulled out of a deal. -
Another thing fans have to remember is this. Riding once a week after being off the bike for a lengthy period is going to leave you rusty and it wouldn't take much to drag the confidence down as well.
-
Doubt Riss will be in your 1-7 now. Phil The Ace would 100% know about the situation with Batchelor. Surely you've got to sign Cookie with the points limit still available.

Gem of a signing for anyone imo. He won't be that poor again and I expect him to put a point and a half on his average next season. Full Championship calendar as well as a few meetings in Poland should breed confidence and make him more sharper in the process. -

He's awful tbh Flappy. Been on the decline in the Championship for the last two seasons as well. Riss still hasn't be announced at Ipswich and it's unlikely he does get announced if they've signed Batchelor which leaves us or Sheffield. -

Matt will build the team to get Zach Cook at reserve imo. Zach actually wasn't that good on the road at all so riding in the 1-5 with no real big hitter at reserve is just too risky.
