Peterborough Panthers 2022

Don't like to disagree with Phil The Ace but I really cant see Buczkowski going to Ippo. My money is on Buczkowski to us as it stands as I just cant see where else he could end up. BV - Fricke, Kurtz, Wright, Batchelor, Brennan +2 (Phil The Ace would know if Buzz was heading to BV for sure) IPS - Doyle, King, Riss, Heeps, Starke, Rowe +1 (Over 7.00 points remaining to fit in Cook rather than Buzz) KL - Lawson, Kildemand, Pickering, Jorgensen, Kerr, R. Worrall + Rising Star SHEFF - J. Holder, Ellis, Musielak, Howarth, Allen, Mountain + 1 (Just under 5.50 left for a second string at No.2) WOLVES - Masters, N. Morris, Douglas, Becker, S. Worrall, Kemp & Flint -
Going with the rumours. Ipswich 1-7 is this. 1. Doyle 2. Heeps 3. Buczkowski 4. Riss 5. King 6. Starke 7. Rowe (RS)

We're going to struggle if Harris, Hans, MPT, Ully & Nicholls all return imo as we cant get anyone decent out of the 4.33 remaining imo. The only names from the 2021 GSA's who fit. Jordan Stewart - Practically been off the bike for two years and Ully would be coming back from a serious injury too so it's far too risky going with both imo. Lewis Bridger - Quitter Ty Proctor - Journey man on the back of a horrific spell with KL. Ricky Wells - Same as Proctor Stefan Nielsen - Not good enough to clean up at reserve James Wright - Couldn't cut it in the Premiership -

That would be an interesting signing. I doubt he'd get to grips with Foxhall.

It's not possible to build a play-off side with Ostergaard unfortunately. Need more than 4.33 for that senior reserve position imo. This is the best 1-7 that I can build. Can you build a better 1-7 with riders who are linked to us? 1. Michael Palm Toft 2. Craig Cook 3. Chris Harris 4. Scott Nicholls 5. Hans Andersen 6. Kasper Andersen 7. Jordan Palin (RS) -
Then it must be the following. 1. Sam Masters 2. Steve Worrall 3. Ryan Douglas 4. Luke Becker 5. Nick Morris 6. Drew Kemp 7. Leon Flint (RS)

Nothing's simple in Speedway. Garry May has always had an issue with averages lol. -

This is what I would do personally. I get the worry regarding Ostergaard but his loyalty towards the club and the fan base is through the roof and I would have him back over Harris. As mentioned in my previous post I think we should snap up Kasper Andersen for two reasons. 1. He knows the material Buster uses on his tracks & 2. Dane's always go well around our place. 1. Michael Palm Toft 2. 6.79 (Returning rider to the league) Tungate, Woryna, Lahti, Wozniak, Buczkowski would all fit if we could get one of those. 3. Hans Andersen 4. Scott Nicholls 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 6. Kasper Andersen 7. Jordan Palin -

I would release Harris personally for two reasons. 1. We need more points to play with to find a decent reserve. 4.33 isn't enough we need enough points to at least fit Kasper Andersen in at worst. I wouldn't fancy taking a chance on a Ty Proctor or Ricky Wells tbh. 2. He wasn't going to ride for us this season anyway and we're essentially second best in his eyes (Oxford). -

Got a feeling we may go with Simon Lambert if we cant find a decent 4.00 newcomer to the league. -
For the record both Worrall's would be mustard around Monmore. They're gaters and Monmore is a gaters paradise with limited passing.
-
Blame the BSPA for the points limit
-
This team just about fits after Brit reductions. 1. Sam Masters 2. Richie Worrall 3. Luke Becker 4. Steve Worrall 5. Ryan Douglas 6. Broc Nicol 7. Leon Flint
-
Broc Nicol will be at Wolves. CVS won't give up on him after one season. CVS has invested too much in the rider by practically putting out an understrength team in 2021 to put Broc in the side with a long term project in view regarding both American's.

They'll be formidable at home imo. Hans should love the track considering how he performs at similar gaters paradise tracks. However like you said Plymouth may find points hard to get on the road. -
SpeedwayGB need to release a final 2021 GSA's list at this point.

Riding order in terms of averages. Seems solid enough to me. 1. Ed Kennet 2. Alfie Bowtell 3. Michael Palm Toft 4. Ben Barker 5. Hans Andersen 6. Dan Gilkes 7. Henry Atkins -
Eastbourne averages have been chalked off. Lawson finished 2019 on a 8.32, The 2020 season was cancelled and his 2021 results take off so 8.32 - 2.5% Brit reduction works out to 8.21. The same pattern for Kemp's average too.
-
Once you take off the 1 Eastbourne off the Poole riders average then the points limit leaves enough for Douglas and a new 4.00 Aussie to the league.
-
Richard Lawson is on a 8.11 & Drew Kemp is on a 3.49 now. 11.71 left for two riders 1. D. King 8.98 2. 3. 4. B. Cook 5.31 5. R. Lawson 8.11 6. Z. Cook 4.40 7. D. Kemp 3.49
-
I doubt either party will rush into a decision until both of Ben's Danish and Poole fixture list dates are announced. I could see a similar situation brewing as to what we did with Iversen for the cancelled 2020 season where the situation dragged on and on tbh. Whether he'll be in the side though is doubtful I agree.
