WOW ........let's create a cover story to get the 2nd leg of the KOC vs Redcar postponed while we push these team changes over the line, Redcar won't know what's hit them and we will have a much better chance of overhauling that 12 point deficit who knows if we keep kicking the can down the alley we might even get Etheridge back. We all know it's cheating but hey who cares

From behind the line it appeared Riss got there first admittedly it was a very close call. I suppose everyone saw it differently depending on their view. The ref is looking at the line and has a millisecond to make his mind up. Morris's actions were disgraceful especially in front of kids and in any other sport he would have been sent off and received a lengthy ban.

There is a desire in Newcastle for the Diamonds to succeed, last seasons finale when all looked lost taught us that. Every club has to operate within its budget and I know they have rent to pay on Brough Park but since Rob Grant took the reins the on site catering has been replaced with his food van and his food is delicious. I have been 3 times since Rob came in and its been hard to get anywhere near that van because the queue is long so the guy really does know what he's doing in his comfort zone but I can't help wondering if the profits are ploughed back Into the club or if he sees it as just another business opportunity. Getting back to the level playing field surely the teams with their own catering facilities are generating a lot more revenue which means they can pay for better riders that in turn will bring more bodies through the turnstiles. ( I definitely have any desire to criticise Rob Grant )

I was there and the home fans were very hostile, the track was unridable it wasn't revenge the safety of the riders is paramount and even the home team had reservations. The track had already ended the career of one Redcar rider, how many would be enough for you?

1) The Birmingham promoter's could have held up their hands and forfeited the tie. 2) Speedway is fast becoming a pi## pot sport because Clubs like yours are paying extortionate rents at dog tracks and are denied a secondary income from concessions. The clubs in trouble all seem to be tenants while the prosperous clubs have their own facilities.

Leicester vs Birmingham 26/03/2022 KoC 1st Round 1st Leg

A Speedway heat is meant to be a race over 4 laps not a race to the first corner -
I can't believe nobody has bothered to respond and I feel as a Bears supporter it shouldn't me but I will have my tuppence worth and proclaim that Redcar Bears are the best run c.ub in British speedway. The stadium is superb and the track is fantastic its just a shame that Godfrey and his cronies will stop at nothing to discriminate against us at any opportunity

Teams like Leicester make a mockery of speedway, the track looks fantastic but it is prepared in a way that only produces one racing line, God help any visiting rider who tries to go wide on the bends because they siink faster than the Bismark. Lion's fans would call it "home advantage" whereas I prefer the word "cheating". All it produces is a guaranteed boring follow the leader home win -
Jake the snake agreed to rejoin Scunthorpe when he guested for them against Glasgow on 20th June one day after a rubbishe performance for the Bears at Leicester, he also told the Scorpions faithful in a Q+A session after the Redcar meeting that he would back next year. I personally feel zero malice towards him and I hope he delivers for us against Edinburgh. We lost Eric Riss in a similar fashion and I hope he returns for us next season. I know he hasn't had a good season with King's Lynn or Birmingham but form is temporary while class is permanent. Jake is a fantastic rider and I thank him for the the season he rode for us.

OK fair point but I feel invested, it's as if the supporters don't matter remember what happened at B'ham when the BSPL ruled against Redcar? Now MPT gets injured riding in the premiership in the week the average's change and hey presto we can't use a guest!! But Edinburgh can, they are kicking us when we are down and sticking g the knife in at the same time. No doubt they will spring up on this thread if they beat a seriously depleted Bears team "Gloating" about how fantastic they performed in their rubbish stadium. Fairness is surley not a lot to ask, what exactly is the point of the play offs if the rules allow for this situation?

Berwicks's season is over so Flints 3* classification should be obsolete. It's the play offs ffs and Edinburgh should only be allowed a rider with an average equal to or below Kemps. This situation really boils my piss and it's no wonder Ben Duffil has had enough. It honestly feels like it's the BSPL vs Redcar. all the time. Godfrey and his cronies really do hate The Redcar Bears. If ever there was a reason not to travel then this is it. Armadump is a 3.5hr drive from Teesside and although I planned to go I don't think I can be arsed to make the journey when I know the odds have been stacked against us and if I decide not to go I am damn sure I won't line the What The Forks Cheating Monarchs pockets by buying their stream
