I don't think he does figure for this year at least. We don't change riders to mess around with averages normally. We are generally quite patient, and there's no one we want shot of. Lee has been better recently and he is a *very* popular rider with the fans.
It was good for the first half of the meeting, but the grading didn't keep up with the track and it fell.away, particularly after the third set of heats. There was some good racing though all the same - we've had worse GPs this year.
The idea of riders being club assets when they ride for multiple clubs and are ostensibly self-employed, is quite possibly the weirdest of speedway concepts.
