  1. Used to, but I think they removed that restriction. Not sure though - think my season ticket would be cancelled if I bought an Edinburgh stream!
  2. Yes, the photos definitely look a lot better than the drawings.
  3. That is one reason Glasgow don't stream. They say it goes affect their gate.
  4. Depends a bit on mentality. Some feel a lot of pressure from it. Others aren’t bothered. At Glasgow last year, Tom was definitely the former, and Bomber was the latter.
  5. Nothing will galvanise Edinburgh to the playoffs this season! I did have to laugh at Sedgmen saying they could do special things if they "all ride above their level, which I know we can", or something like that, to BSN.
  6. Great start for Poole. Oxford may as well use the next three BSN matches to make sure they're ready for the league. But hopefully they don't work it out before we meet them in the KO Cup.
  7. You can’t muck about people who have already paid to be there, e.g., season ticket holders. Next available Friday is 18 August, which is after Workington’s last fixture!
  8. As opposed to July when they'll be burning hay on the back straight two hours before the meeting?
  9. But they’re still in the league. Doing better than many.
  10. Frankly, Plymouth aren't making the playoffs, so they can have Bartosz Zmarzlik for cover if they can convince him to come as far as I'm concerned.
  11. He likes a trip on the tractor though.
  12. Yes, but the lack of card payments is, I believe, because they use WiFi, which doesn’t stretch to the admissions gates. You can buy your chips with a card! Maybe Stewart Dickson could put a WiFi access point on the tractor.
  13. Given they don’t have card payments for entry yet, I’m guessing not. Still a lot of other things they’re working on, I think.
  14. It's here: http://scunthorpe-speedway.com/?page_id=15341
  15. He is. It changed last year and is in the Scab regulations under 02.2.11. Explicitly mentions use of Eurosport/BSN coverage, and says it must be used where available. Although it doesn’t specify *when* it “must” be used, which makes that emphasis redundant.
  16. His away average was a point higher than what he’s been signed on, so he’ll be fine. He’s the best value rider on the league, on a rolling average/2023 average basis.
  17. After all that, a pleasant surprise, and the best signing Workington could have made.
  18. I think Palovaara would be reassessed, but all three fit based on their last averages.
  19. I don't think it's Claus, much as I'd love to be wrong.
  20. To be fair, when he was on the bike, he was very good. His Championship average was 9.13. Bomber was 9.14.
  21. Armadale's not even the second best in Scotland
  22. Just mute the troublemakers. As for losing enthusiasm for the speedway, you’ll soon get it back when you go to Northside (I forget the new name!) and see it.
