Rutherford was ready to race this meet last month when it was originally scheduled, he even headed down a day early to compensate for the drive from up North. Unfortunately it was rained off and rescheduled to tonight. Due to his work commitments he was unable to get today off and finishing at 3pm wouldn't give him time to make the 5hr+ drive and be there in time to race.
