Do you have insight into how much it'll be or is this just an estimate? -
That would be me!

Haha I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he appeared to be with @TotallyHonestJohn so I can only assume he'd tried to keep up
-
I had similar when I looked at a young lad "wrong" in the bar after a Redcar meeting. He'd had a good skin full mind
-
Doubt it, the bars a rip off!

I think you're missing the fact that the reveal was created by volunteers. It's not a case of reserving things for new audiences etc, it's at no cost to the club so why not be creative for current audience AND new audience

Vissing earned his average in the championship in 2019. BWD is on an inflated average due to his premiership conversion. His championship average was around 6.5 I think?

25 years next year 2022
MartinBSN replied to TotallyHonestJohn's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Limiting clubs to a top two of 15 would mean more riders needed in the 5/6 point market which don't exist. It would then only shift the money wars to the lesser riders with most potential anyway -
Oxford Cheetahs 2022

I believe he's signed for the u24 squad which gives him different rules. He was approached by Redcar last year though so definitely isn't flying under the radar even in the UK! -
SGB Championship 2022 Confirmed Signings

If they've ridden in a professional league they come in on a 5. If not, a 4. -
Scunthorpe Scorpions 2022

What happens when another team is just 0.16 above scunnys 0.16 and so forth. There has to be a cut off point somewhere! -
Pretty sure I've seen him sign in Poland this year. Possibly for an u24 squad but means he can be used in the ekstraliga

Season tickets aren't the target for most clubs. In fact the more they sell, the less money they make! Season tickets knock money off per meeting remember so selling a full stadium worth is no good. They're simply a tactic to gain some money to survive the winter and pay signing on fees etc. I'd imagine enough Poole faithful will buy them regardless of team to top up the pot

Rasser was looking for a mechanic in UK...

I believe it was Hellstrom-Bangs that stated he wouldn't be in the UK for 2 years

Or you could use home/away averages

Birmingham Brummies 2020
MartinBSN replied to ProudtobeaBrummie's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It was the case for the majority of promotions. Yes Newcastle and Birmingham struggled, and I won't give my opinion on that. Eastbourne also had their issues that seem to be linked to paying too much out. Other than that I think every club has expressed how well their 2021 season went, especially once restrictions eased -

If your business was making more profit in 2021 than it did in 2019 would it not be a sign that maybe things aren't too bad? What isn't rosy that could be fixed in the very short term? -

Again I'd disagree. Why would any promoter not care about the people coming through the gates? With gate admissions up at most tracks this year any business would be tempted to try leave things as much as possible as something is clearly working. -

Totally agree! The biggest thing I got from my survey was that what's cried about on forums/fan pages isn't necessarily the majority thoughts. It seems the ones that speak up on their rule changes etc are actually in the minority! If BSPL knew that it would help them make their decisions I'd think -

Judging by the high percentage of those living over 20 miles from a track, I'd say that was a big factor! -

I'd disagree with that. I did a survey of 1000 speedway fans and 70% of people rated the value for money as 7/10 or higher. Baring in mind only 35% of the 1000 were regular speedway goers... -
