Jenkins wasn't injured at all. He doesn't qualify for the u19 this year. -

Dan isn't in the top 3 averages so I don't think a guest could replace him -
My mistake! Would also take Redcar to beat Poole still mind
-
Redcar could still take top spot! Only team that can

Ryan was given compassionate leave to get his bikes/van/equipment in order. As well as getting over the trauma of almost being ran over by his own van whilst they stole everything he'd worked for. Yes he got his bikes back, but he has no tools, race gear, spares or even a van.

Not how the 2 minute rule works in Britain. The rule is you have to be under power, on the track and on your way to the tapes -

Leicester will be stronger. Thompson's don't really ride MPA very well. It'll be R/R for Dan and upto 2* guest for Joe (Jack Thomas maybe?!) -

I'm 15 mins from the track and the road was a river around 2pm -
Throttle on a speedway bike works very differently to that of a car!! Shut off to avoid a hole and you're going straight towards the fence. It's only ever people that have never ridden a modern day speedway bike that use that line.

Glasgow need an away win now to go above Redcar. Home wins won't suffice. -
Number 2. Already exists. See Hans for Poole at the very beginning of the year

Last home meeting of the league campaign for Redcar! A win should seal a top 2 finish but it won't be easy with Leicester hunting to secure their playoff place. We're finally going live for this one! Live stream available at www.redcar-speedway.com/tv Redcar: Charles Wright, James Sarjeant, Jake Allen, Lewis Kerr, Michael Palm Toft, Greg Blair, Jordan Jenkins Leicester Lions: Nick Morris, Dan Thompson, Hans Andersen, Kyle Howarth, Ryan Douglas, Joe Thompson, Zaine Kennedy

Whatever you think you believe, maybe have a read of this posted by MPT earlier this morning. "It should have been 3rd time lucky was far from it. 3 times we have been to Birmingham and seen how track surface is far from race able. All the crap about tactics from bears side is absolutely not true! I came in after my first ride and said i refuse to ride on a dangerous track like that! They then bladed the track and yes it did make it a little bit better but far from race able. This should not keep going on at any track. Its unacceptable! We turn up with immaculate bikes and are expected to present ourselves professionally to then turn up to a track thats far from ideal. And then have an ex rider as a promoter saying we should just get on with it and hes rode worse. Its the sport there is suffering from bad promoting and publicity and an absolute farse of a track is definitely not helping or encouraging people to come and watch! A real shame as it can be an absolute great track with plenty of passing when prepared properly!"

Tofty even had his "Vote Corbyn" t-shirt on under his race suit
-
Could anyone enlighten me, and it's a genuine question, why fans seem to be very concerned about riders safety when it comes to the new tyres but not when it comes to a track being safe? Ashley Morris had issues with a tyre last night and vented his anger over social media. I'm struggling to find the "it's the same for all 14 riders" or "just get on with it you diva" comments. When other riders also take to social media to back up their frustrations the fans seem to back them?! They seem very similar situations to me yet are treated totally differently by those watching?
-
Birmingham has been a great race track in the past and can be again! Even the current track curator had it right back in 18.
-
We certainly haven't forgotten. What we have done though is addressed the issues brought to us and not blamed every other club. We aren't the only team to complain about Birmingham's track this season. Last night sparked many riders to speak out about it. Even Poole have received criticism for their track this year, took it on board and relayed the track that same week
-
Does that make it right? Is that how the sport should move forward? Or should tracks be prepared to a standard so both teams can race safely and entertain a nationally dwindling crowd?
-
Then you've read my reply wrong. I was responding to us needing a GoFundMe because of the loss of Newcastle. It is very hard to find sympathy for tracks that don't seem to operate properly though. We quickly learned at Redcar that the track prep was paramount. And with that we have upped crowds massively and shown some positivity in speedway amongst the doom and gloom. I'd like to think struggling teams might actually access what teams like Redcar are doing right which in turn would potentially boost their own crowds
-
Newcastle haven't brought fans to a local derby at Redcar for years. The extra 300 we've put on our average attendance this year will be what keeps us going, don't worry!
-
I'll enjoy it along with the other 15 points on the road this season...all the way to the play offs!
-
You must know best then, crack on!
-
So then, Aaron Summers, Ricky Wells, Nick Morris, Palm Toft...are these riders all pussies too?! When will Birmingham see that it is THEIR doing?! Its not much to ask from riders that a track is prepared safely for them to ride. Dust would have been acceptable on a hot day like yesterday. A patchy rutty track, soaked in places and dry in others is never acceptable. For me, if Harris says "it's fair enough" that Redcar challenged the track conditions then that says a lot about how bad they were as he'll ride anything!
-
Tofty has openly admitted he refused to ride the dangerous track after his first race. "Even his own riders looked miffed" is clearly a wrong observation. The big difference here is the Redcar management are prepared to back their riders to the hilt. Birmingham riders are just threatened with the sack if they refuse to ride.

Wrights tyre stayed on his spare bike, so I'd maybe ignore your informant from now on
