  1. Yeah I think Edinburgh are averaging around the 100 mark for championship meetings
  2. It's not 150 people though. £10 stream means £8 after vat. There's then payment processing costs and the stream running costs. The £1500 is purely for the production team. The profit would be closer to £5-6 per stream. Meaning you now need 300 people. If championship clubs are only getting 500-800 to actual meetings then 300 buying an away stream is a big ask
  3. The biggest problem with streaming is cost. Unless you have a very dedicated and knowledgable team of volunteers willing to run it for you then you're looking at £1500 minimum per meeting for a live stream. The revenue from that wouldn't change anything, not once other costs were taken into account
  4. He is retiring at the end of the season. Had always said he would do guest/individuals after Berwick finished Not so sure on him going back to Oz just yet
  5. His point though is that instead of having the top 3 just promoted they create a playoff for the third place as it's a big money thing. I'm not sure if Poole, or any club, would care if they were given a shield for topping the league. They want to win the grand final
  6. But it's the third promoter club that gets the biggest windfall thanks to the playoff route
  7. Jye and Aaron announced for this Friday's Teesside Silver Helmet
  8. They'd then miss out on Christmas sales, the biggest time to sell a calendar!
  9. Not so sure he's "far too good for CL" he's not exactly lighting the polish league up against some CL riders As for Hellstrom, he must have improved his replying to messages over the past year if he's signed up in the UK already
  10. Dan Thompson isn't Leicester's RS though, so regardless of the rule he'd have moved up
  11. I take it you don't know the 2 minute rule then? You only have to be on the track making your way to the tapes. Could be just entering from the pit gate
  12. The funny thing is, if Poole had had their way, the Edinburgh Vs Redcar match would have been delayed even further!
  13. Poole Vs Redcar - 22nd September, 5 days after the original cut off. I'd say that means it could well have been for Poole's benefit too.
  14. It won't affect Glasgow. If they need to fit in dates they will. Being able to run any night of the week they'll just run 2/3 times a week if they absolutely need to.
  15. Apart from the press release he made saying he wanted to look for a new place to build the track
  16. Surely you'd give Lambert his 2.5% too! Averages are final, playoffs and cups don't count
  17. I don't think Edinburgh expected to beat Redcar by such a margin, therefore the same could happen at Armadale! May be wishful thinking on my part but if an away win can happen one way, it can happen the other
  18. Replays and interviews are almost good to go, I definitely think they're needed additions too. Really helpful feedback though, I appreciate that!
