  1. You're a brave man to have a negative opinion on anything, you're just 'on the wind up' clearly...
  2. Sweden isn't much better off than Britain. So where else they gonna ride if all the Swedish clubs fold? Unless Poland starts allowing doubling up more and there's basically 2 ekstraliga leagues
  3. But do you think whoever in his family was getting married were concerned if their wedding clashed with Plymouth fixtures?
  4. I do not take back my comment one bit, the difference between the 2 teams were unacceptable and Kent risked situations like this by building such a top heavy team.
  5. I'm not going to argue, I wasn't aware than the replacement for Jamie had to be an unattached 3.00er which in itself is ridiculous, still plenty of better 3.00ers in the amateur scene than Dean. How can Kent's team be built with 4 riders at a 3 point average anyway, it's ridiculous and this type of team building is what creates such strung out races. But like I said, if you enjoy watching lapped riders and riders who can't beat broken down riders then fine. Enjoy the rest of your season British speedway really has gone down the pan... Tonight we have a very inexperienced u-21 rider (although having a decent season) guesting as a number 3 in the reigning league champions!! It's just a joke and embarrassing and is never going to attract new fans The whole sport needs looking at, to create better racing
  6. Has Rob Grant taken over at Peterborough? Although to be fair to the Panther's management, they haven't sank THAT low with the cr@p they're putting out in the team
  7. Riders who would have been a better option than Dean Douglas on an average less than Jamie Halder (3.53): Gregor Millar, Kyran Lyden, Alex Goldsbrough, Josh Embleton (3.56, guest for Sam Woolley, RR for Jamie instead) All of these riders easily outscore Dean in the NJL/Amateur scene, and speaking of the amateur scene, there's A LOT of other riders who would have done a better job also. 1. Dan Thompson 2. Josh Embleton* 3. Danno Verge 4. Jamie Halder (R/R)* 5. Connor Coles (an ex Belle Vue rider with a high average and much better than Greg Blair) 6. Chris Watts* 7. Jack Shimelt* (Local to Manchester and has some actual potential in the future, so makes sense) This team may not have been competitive, but at least it gives fans some semi competent riders to cheer on, but like I say, if you enjoy watching riders get lapped and failing to beat broken down team mates, then so be it... Not my problem. But throwing incapable riders into the NDL with zero experience and little control of the bike and asking them to race the likes of Jake Mulford, Jack Smith and Nathan Ablitt is just downright dangerous. No wonder there's so many falls and injuries in the NDL. The gulf between the top riders and the wobblers at the back is a joke.
  8. Wow I'm sorry to those who think I live on the forum and think I can respond at any time any day, it is the holiday season you know. Anyway if yous think handing rides at number 4 to the likes of Dean Douglas is acceptable, enjoy watching more and more embarrassing races. Completely out of his depth at NJL level, nevermind NDL. I know Dean and his Dad relatively well, but to be fair, it's just ridiculous that the rules allow him to ride, it's dangerous and embarrassing to watch.
  9. Would post the full team lineup as a screenshot but there's an annoying size limit!!
  10. The Belle Vue website has him down as IRR.
  11. Is Tungate currently fit to ride tonight??
  12. What an insult to the paying public. Kent need to be disciplined for putting out such a terrible team to stop this kind of thing happening again in the future. Yes the NDL is about development, but it's still a product at the end of the day, one that NEEDS fans. Throwing in sub standard riders into the team is just awful and shows little respect for the paying public.
  13. So they're not allowed to get off their bikes to garden at the start, but they're allowed to keep a 5-10 tonne (clearly not a tractor expert lol) pointy metal object on the centre green... Very backwards indeed... Although I'm not sure if that gardening rule still exists but you get my point...
  14. Dwindling crowd levels wonder why they were dwindling eh... I want all my go fund me money back, all £500 of it I want my season ticket money back what an absolute spanner. Of course its the crowds fault, not his...
  15. I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but what is the team format for a u-24 meeting? I know it's 2 poles, 2 foreigners, 1 u-24, 2 polish u-21s and an optional u-23 for the ekstraliga, but what about the u24 league? Thanks
  16. I really can't wrap my head around all this hate fir Max... he's a brilliant trier and scored well for us from second string and sometimes heatleader positions...? I know we had a really bad team, but still... he's A LOT better than Connor Coles certainly...
  17. Surprised there wasn't any dummies out from the bandits, like when they visited Brough, I'm guessing the second half was cancelled then? Although Glasgow just as bad for that I guess... but they only twist when they're losing...
  18. Because Kyle achieved that at reserve and Roynon achieved that at number 2. Both poor riders but I bet if they raced each other 10 times adam would win more often imo... Kyle just has more potential (if he stops going backwards)
  19. I sincerely hope you're right and things have settled down.
  20. I had no idea of that videos existence tbh... I used to be close with the family (not friendship wise, but riding wise) and although there were nice members of said family, there was a hell of a lot of politics involved too. Particularly the ones who help Kyle in the league etc (don't want to name specific names) but there was a lot of let's say 'politics' involved, from a very young age, which I think gave Kyle a MASSIVE head riding in the BYC, and it was almost like he was owed a place in the National League, despite him clearly not yet being good enough, now that he is a struggling Championship reserve, I wonder if him and his 'helpers' think he should be in the Premiership too as an outright privilege to the sport, having him in the league, anyway that's the last I heard, he hadn't really got rid of that 'massive head' yet, but who knows... I'm not trying to be nasty, I'm just putting my point of view and experiences of the whole ordeal across. I am saddened to hear of the passing of his grandfather though, he was a very nice man.
  21. If this is about Bickley, then yes... and same goes for multiple members of his family too. Like to strut around like they own the place everywhere they go. Not trying to cause a stir (which I inevitably will with this comment) just telling it how it is
  22. Eh. I thought they were protected at number 7?
