  1. This argument Max vs Jack is pretty uninteresting and petty... They're both GP riders, both brilliant in the UK, can we not just be happy to have big names riding in Britain because not many of them do, even in positives people find something to moan about
  2. I know, it's just what I want to see... Where will Jenkins be then? Oxford perhaps? Although he's not in the Oxford team I've heard rumored
  3. As Redcar is my closest track I'll probably visit a few times next year, hoping for some entertaining names on the team sheet, not too bothered about results, just want entertainment Ben Basso, Erik Riss, Charles Wright would be a nice heatleader trio Jordan Jenkins and Jason Edwards at 2 and 4 4.00 Aussie at reserve, Jacob Hook maybe? (If Edinburgh don't run that is) Declan Kennedy and Tate Zischke would be really good too, but I'm unsure if they're coming over next year? This totals 38.00 so depends on what the limit is (surely not under 40?) it's possible, the limit just depends on who the final rider is... 1. Erik Riss 2. Jason Edwards 3. Ben Basso 4. Jordan Jenkins 5. Charles Wright 6. 4.00er? Hook? 7. 2/3/4?? Depending on limit Any club who can get Josh Pickering and Ben Basso in the same lineup is the winner... Yes I realize this is very unrealistic, Basso won't be at Redcar, it's just a dream team I guess you could say
  4. They're going to be the team to beat imo Maciej, tai, artem, pawlicki, Bewley, kowalski, curzytek??, panicz
  5. 1. Scott Nicholls 2. Dan Gilkes 3. Lewis Kerr 4. Dillion Ruml 5. Steve Worrall 6. Cameron Heeps 7. Henry Atkins Not a bad team to be fair. Not sure on averages as to whether it's Dillion or Cameron in the main body?
  6. Can't leave a lot for the final rider surely?
  7. I'm not on about the joke of a sport we all love to hate I'm on about the 'jokes' that get repeated on this forum over and over... Your list is a whole other topic...
  8. So I can actually hear some good jokes, unlike on here where you get the usual Kennet guest for Plymouth joke Glasgow stealing Poole riders joke Lawson to Plymouth joke All of which are repeated over, and over, and over, and over, and over again List a few more if you can think of any other repetitive bo!!ocks which was mildly funny the first time but is boring as all hell now
  9. Scunthorpe vs Belle Vue vs Glasgow every week... One northern, one midlands and one southern... Perfect!! They can field teams in the Premiership, Championship and National League. And while they're at it bring back promotion/relegation so Scunthorpe juniors can fight Scunthorpe seniors for promotion I'd pay a small fortune weekly for that kind of entertainment
  10. Sorry I didn't see this reply. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, much appreciated. And thanks to Stewmac for his hard work
  11. Duh... Obviously every ride he had for 10 meetings was a fluke
  12. That would mean 14 home meetings in 6 months!! Next to impossible for some promotions to wrap their heads around that. They can barely fit in what they have to do now Although I do agree with you, I'd rather get rid of the stupid cup competitions and just have an extended league. One focus... No playoffs either, top of the league wins. But what should I care... My team doesn't exist anymore and never will
  13. Ive heard Chris Harris and Leon Flint, but I don't know if that's the bandits fans usual pessimism
  14. Good start then, if they can get their 3 big riders from last year back and tempt gilkes and bowtell also, they're a brilliant team
  15. I really liked tero them few seasons he rode from the diamonds, real trier always giving 100%... what has happened? Did he just find a purple patch for us or what?
  16. Oh really? I haven't seen him announced personally, wasn't aware it was official, just strong rumours
  17. I still wouldn't if I were you Would have looked better not running it at all imo... Are Leicester going to make all of the gate profits on a meeting that they have no riders to pay in? And Sheffield are going to make no gate profits on a meeting that should have been at their home track...? Stinks
  18. Better than the same old boring cr@p that Rob normally puts out? Bring back Josh Auty, Tero Aarnio and Simon Lambert
  19. 1. Ben Basso 2. Paul Starke 3. Craig Cook 4. Danyon Hume 5. Tom Brennan 6. Connor Bailey 7. RS or 2.61 Based on a 41 point limit with rising stars or a 39 point limit without
  20. Leicester Lions B 1. Ryan Douglas 2. Simon Lambert/James Wright 3. Connor Mountain 4. Dan Thompson 5. Kyle Howarth 6. Zaine Kennedy 7. Joe Thompson Based on a 39 point limit with rising stars or 41 point limit without
  21. Personally would love to see something like... 1. Scott Nicholls/Richie Worrall... Pretty much the same average but I'd prefer Nicholls on a track like Plymouth tbh 2. Ben Barker (If allowed) 3. Michael Palm Toft 4. Dan Gilkes 5. Hans Andersen 6. Alfie Bowtell 7. 2.00er (Trigger? Kinsley? Coles? etc...) This is based on a 39 point limit with rising stars or a 41 point limit without
  22. Forgive me if I'm wrong but Anton Karlsson finished the 2022 season in Sweden with a 0.972 average per run. That is behind the likes of Peter Ljung (1.333), Joel Andersson (1.235), Ludvig Lindgren (1.170), Casper Henriksson!! (1.036 - Definitely the Swedish prospect you want to go for imo) and finishing JUST ahead of Daniel Henderson and the Grahn brothers He's been alright don't get me wrong, and he has a big future, but straight in the main body of a Championship team on a 5.00 average, riding the cr@p tracks we have in this country (not much worse than the Swedish ones I know) isn't exactly filling me with confidence. Tbh, I think he'd rather stay in Sweden and ride for Czestochowa u-24s again I like Anton, looks like a decent rider, but not yet... Unless the Championship is much weaker next year
