The 1999 Elite had 10 teams, and they rode each other once home, once away. 18 fixtures, which didn't start until the middle of may/beginning of June. Aside from the KO Cup, where there any other fixtures before the league started? Or did EL sides just not begin their seasons until way into the year? Many thanks
