  1. No Dakota North for Ipswich, he will be in Gniezno for the Under 21 WTC. Heeps possibly still missing too so hopefully it will be Stefan Nielsen again. Lanham back to number 1 (by just 0.01) and Tress back to reserve
  2. So who has had a testimonial over the last 15-20 years of so? Agree that KK shouldn't get one and that riders like Parker and Lyons should have a farewell meeting. But riders moving from one team to another is wrong, Then again could be argued its the averages that mean that this happens..... Ps Went to Chris Louis' testimonial a while back and also to Billy Hamill's at Coventry. both great servants to British speedway.
  3. Nope.... on a nice low average would do quite well As for the return of 13 heat format, its only really the gate positions that meant that the team managers could do more so why not let them do the same over a 15 heat format?
  4. Another reason we should keep Poole is after a winter of racing in aussie Poole should come back in 2013 raring to go, so it is us he rides for and not another team. I think Masters will possibly think about returning to Somerset next year, so how about the Aussie Witches in 2013 Masters Poole Doolan North Tungate Heeps Nielsen
  5. The same as you answering a question or stopping the repeated drivell you spout out every post.......
  6. Cut off is the 23rd so i think these are right..... Tungate 6.90 Lanham 6.80 North 6.65 Risager 6.45 Poole 6.20 Tres 5.68 Heeps 4.76 I'd go with the following order 1 Tungate 2 Risager 3 North 4 Poole 5 Lanham 6 Tres 7 Heeps
  7. IMO this is not a John Berry tribute meeting, just a filler with the name to try and attract some extra supporters. I can sort of see why Rye House have been used but why not add to the 2 squads with riders to enhance the meeting. A meeting that has the name John Berry attached to it should have more thought put into it. Why not have a team made up of local Suffolk based riders against a team of Aussies? Afterall thats what Berry stood for. I don't know about that weeks availablility but Nicholls and Lanham both live a stones throw away, Mills, Schramm live down the A12, Tungate, Tressarieu and North live together in Ipswich. Jacobs, Heeps, Blackbird are also local. Anymore?
  8. Riders moan that they are unable to earn money due to postponements then they go on holidays when the postponements/reserved fixtures are due to take place. I can understand booking a late deal when there are no fixtures (Tungate for example) but to plan a holiday in the season is crazy! Never know it might bite the Edinburgh riders on the bum if they fail to qualify for the play offs due to not riding in enough fixtures.....
  9. No room in the dunces corner is there? Unless you feeing lonely and will budge up a bit A couple of weeks ago you (Aljoke) knew nothing about the Olympics, now you probably can't wait for next year's. http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee10/rj4221/Dumbass.jpg
  10. http://www.lovespeedway24.co.uk/teams/ipswich-witches/doolan_ousted_as_poole_returns_to_ipswich_line_up_1_1456178
  11. I'd go for Jensen, as he would ride in enough meetings to get a real average for next year. but i think we all know that IF Doolan has been replaced it will be Poole
  12. As a number three Leigh would certainly have no end of offers, as would Doolan on a 7.
  13. Right i make it.... Doolan 7.20 Tungate 6.98 North 6.81 Lanham 6.58 Tressarieu 6.12 Risager 5.98 Heeps 5.12 Total 44.79 So new "number 1" and a new reserve. Means that if Taylor Poole is recalled only for Tungate or Doolan.....
  14. Not yet mate but Rohan good chance of making it to number 1. Good team work by D00lan and Lanham to make it happen
  15. Hopefully next year there will be regional qualifying to get to the finals, wouldnt take too much for this to happen.
  16. That night (17th July) should see Harris, King and Nicholls all in Sweden and Lanham riding for Ipswich in the Sky meeting........
  17. So whom else is available under your thinking? Chris Louis, Tony Rickardsson, Mark Loram, Shane Parker, Craig Boyce, Sal Clouting. All retired and available.........
  18. Certainly wouldnt put Lanham and North together for 3 heats, but North away from 5 is a must. North has 24 wins at no4 (paired with Doolan), only 4 at no5.Seems that the only rider that wants to ride at 5 is Lanham but due to Doolan being in heat 15 on thursday and coming last is unable to! Think i'd go with: 1 Lanham 2 Tungate 3 North 4 Risager 5 Doolan 6 Tresarrieu 7 Heeps or try Doolan at 2 and Tungate at 5. Tungate at home should be able to hold his own there. But something is needed to be done, riders are not available to replace the ones we have so riding order is only option
  19. Latest aves: Lanham 7.32 Doolan 7.13 North 6.98 Tungate 6.63 Risager 6.22 Mat 6.08 Cam 5.14
  20. The way the line ups have been released suggest that its this year current RA, as they are in average order. A third qualifier could easily be done but hey its the BSPA so should be expect anything else? Last nights GP had 2 young danes in the lineup, the Gorzow GP will have Zmarlik, could you imagine the British authorities doing such a thing!?
  21. Same OLD same OLD from the BSPA/SCB Only 1 rider from the British Under 21 Final has been "selected" so where are these lads going to get any experience in riding "big" meetings. Half are over 28! but where's Joe Screen? SHEFFIELD (July 5): Tai Woffinden(21), Lewis Bridger(22), Ben Barker(24), Olly Allen(30), Simon Stead(30), Ricky Ashworth(29), Richard Lawson(27), Lee Complin(27), Andrew Tully(25), Richard Hall(27), James Wright(25), Chris Schramm(28), Derek Sneddon(29), Adam Roynon(23), Carl Wilkinson(31), Kyle Howarth(17) RYE HOUSE (July 7): Edward Kennett(25), Chris Harris(29), Scott Nicholls(34), Danny King(25), Stuart Robson(35), David Howe(30), Robert Mear(23), Josh Auty(21), Craig Cook(25), Leigh Lanham(34), Jordan Frampton(27), Chris Mills(29), Simon Lambert(23), Ritchie Hawkins(28), Luke Bowen(26), Jason Bunyan(33)
