Think there will be over 20 aussies needing visas this year. Why is it that because 5 can't do what's required, the rules need to be bent to allow them to ride?

So riders/ clubs were made aware of the situation during the year but for whatever reason didn't take notice. Oh well unlucky then. Whichever riders are effected you only have yourselves to blame!

Simple they applied for their permit before they left the UK as per the new instructions set out by the UK/AUS authorities.

So basically Nelson (and others its seems) left the country without having a new visa issued. Also neither Nelson or Silver were not aware that there must be a 12 month gap between visits? Not aware that 2 riders last year missed the season because of this? Only got themselves to blame......

Yes it is nice for the promotion to come out and say there isn't an issue, but playing devil's advocate now. How do they know for sure that once Tungate re-applies when he gets back into the UK that he will be successful? Only thing for sure we all do know is that he hasn't got a Visa to race in 2014, and will not be lining up for the Witches until a renewal is accepted.

Think at the gps the riders could supply their own model. Could either be a pro or a competition winner. Male or female

Never understood why the team manager doesn't have a dry Wipe Board in the pits with the score on. After all the riders never know it do they!

Only got himself (and any others that have been refused) to blame. Rules were there from last year eg Masters and Campton so wasn't as though he the first one and being made a scapegoat or example of. When i went to Australia and had to apply for a working visa, i asked for advice from others that had do so before. Also needed proof of a return ticket and £2000 in a bank account before the application would even be looked into. So not as though its the UK that are being fussy....

And people wonder why clubs sign unknown foreigners. At least they willing to travel and then base themselves near to a home track. Where by An English lad is not prepared to travel "just" 3 hours to home meetings, but
