Only 3 riders come out with any credit after tonight: Cameron Heeps Ritchie Hawkins Adam Ellis These were the Witches ONLY heat winners and goes to show how poor the team is against quality riders! Also doesn't help that the team have not ridden at Foxhal for 2 weeks! Wouldn't bother tbh!

I did! Witches were so poor i ended up watching the Poole heats on my mobile! That red light should have been a white flag! Couldn't agree more, good job the "bottom 3" of the Witches turned up! Ref didn't help mind, only once was a heat pulled back when a rider moved, no wonder Cook broke the TR, he's 1/2 second ahead before the tapes go up and stopwatch started! Then the ref excluded Worrall in 13 when it was Masters and Cook that had bumped into each other going down the back straight and unsettling each other going into the 3rd bend. Not the ref could see with the tractor and water bowser blocking his view! Anyone know who got Man of Match?

In the PL match (45-45) the Edinburgh reserves were Worrall 14 and Fox 0 from 10 rides. Sneddon usually goes well at Foxhall, but can't see him and Fox scoring 14 between them. The Witches reserves only scored 4 so should do better tonight. Witches need to take advantage of this and make no silly mistakes. Heat 13 last time had some great team riding by Tungate and Worrall to keep out Cook, same again? I've just got home and weather not too cold at the moment. Didn't see any Flyers at all advertising the match in Ipswich today! Preview here from todays paper: http://www.lovespeedway24.co.uk/teams/ipswich-witches/witches_up_for_the_cup_as_the_skipper_rallies_his_team_1_3809514 edit: just playing devils advocate here but on what grounds do Edinburgh get a facilty for Steve Worrall? and as one has been granted will he have to miss out for 28 days for with holding services? (Not that the Edinburgh promotion would have been denied a facilty )

And thats the problem, you care more than the people that should.........

Who cares who we get next year.........(let this year finish first). Can't see it will be EL PL and NL as this year so?? Anyhow it will be the ones that 1. Fit into the budget 2. Fit into the team average. 3. Want to ride for the Witches.

Australian Gp Is Back

Seems a strange one that as soon as NZ is gone an Australian one appears. Especially when they could have shared the costs between them....hope Western Springs can be fitted back in in the future. Certainly would make a trip "down under" more appealing for European supporters. -

Ritchie Hawkins has said today in the "ipswich Star" that any rider that feels they cannot win the meeting at Somerset should not turn up! -

Is it just me but does anyone think the season has already ended with the recent lack of matches and the poor weather? -
