  1. See Jamie Courtney & crew av the sorted the dust out from my visit earlier in the season when it was totally unacceptable! Loads of water down, so much so they were big puddles of it. When things are unacceptable it's great when the promotion listen as no doubt others made a more direct complaint. Ok a little dusty towards the end but just within acceptable limits. Even Jamie himself mentioned that so it didn't go without notice which is great to hear. Thankfully @baiden you're not the promoter because the night Poole first visited u would've done nothing about it as u deemed it acceptable. Thank you Mr Courtney & all at Oxford for a fantastic evening down Sandy Lane.
  2. Oh right, so he did blow an engine . Good on the R.E.F for helping him out Thought he had blown an engine, tad confused with the cut out report.
  3. Good no engine expense, just makes it more of a bugga with that happening
  4. Great that there is NO DUST! It's great! Simply heaven ere on bend 3 unlike the first time I came ere Glad that that person who was arguing the toss about it before with me isn't the track curator! Bend 3 is now officially a dust free zone. Yippeeeeeeee
  5. U cud say that about club's as well coz u can buy advance tickets for any meeting. Say Poole vs Birmingham or Poole vs Plymouth then seen the line ups of the away team's & think u've been robbed. It's speedway, pay yer money takes yer chance. Can't help riders being injured, banned?? or the curse of GP practice.
  6. Hope u stick 'Warning Hazardous Gas' warning signs all around ur van with a corden of at least 20metres as well. Wouldn't like to be them cows in the field! Even the bull will run for the hills!
  7. Howdy, I'm across the road at the Prem Inn luvvly chilled room over ere Steve! Luvvly jubbly
  8. The NSS is a great venue with arguably the best race track not just in the UK but the world of speedway. Major events tho need to go around different tracks as much as possible as the events are held under British Speedway not NSS speedway. The only 'home' venue for an event should be for the British Final & Grand Prix.
  9. Coz they only had vegetables & salads on the food van menu! Apart from the Caesar salad coz Gladiators wouldn't allow it !
  10. New delicacy, cheesy chips with a covering of dust......on the menu ask for True Grit!
  11. Excellent post Auntie That's wot we like to ere, ere ere
  12. This liddle Turnip near Birmingham en-route to Oxford due to arrive 1313, now that's a tad unlucky if u ask me! No bendy train tracks
  13. While it is big disappointment with riders pulling out for various reasons I will still be there enjoying a night out at the speedway. I love speedway, always will. Don't worry about wot u can't control apart from putting yer bum on a seat!........mind yers, that's a problem for me sometimes trying to control the rearendum! C'mon Stevie & Danny #piratepride
  14. I'm selling Shane Parker Pens, just had a big 'Batch' delivered!
  15. Sounds very complicated Av u seen rule 10.2.1.abc.xyz x 90degrees now that really got me on the edge of me seat No point avin a rule book, the league needs riders so who cares wot it says. We are seeing rules being changed to suit the current need
  16. My talent spot from 4 years a go at Rye House as he rode in the junior meeting prior to Rye House vs Poole which was being shown live on BT. I was in the crowd that evening & Nathan along with Max Perry really impressed. Fully behind you Nathan
  17. I think another day should be created so we Pirates can sign anyone we wish. I name that day Forday ! Just need to squidge it in sumwhere
