Watched both the Thompson's progress at Leicester & I never thought I'd see one of them in Pirates colours. Joe is certainly at the right club for support after being messed about this season. It's great to hear all the fans getting behind him like they did with Nathan Ablitt. Great to see Joe getting the results on track. Josh Pickering I'm sure will be amongst the points for the Brummies but the rest I dunno. Both Sedgy & Batch are disappointing when they should be better, I think Nielsen & Fergel Starkey pose a bigger threat. Pirates to be clear in the distance with my predict-ometer reading 57-33. This is probably more relevant to those that know me personally...........it's 245am and I'm just getting ready to leave for WINborne road. Message for Val.....I've cleaned me teggies and had a shave Out the door at 315am to catch the local bus into the city then hopping on the National Express arriving Bournemouth 1210pm and finally the local bus over to Poole I will av a snooze on the way and also me Costa in London Victoria. If Dan Bewley is allowed to replace Lawson in the Premiership then he should be allowed to do it in the Championship. Yes it would be laughable if allowed but equally outsiders would raise the question why isn't it allowed when it's the same riders involved. Anyways our Rocket Man is better than Dan......maybe

He's still averaging 9 points a meeting for Edinburgh so he's doing well in that respect. Didn't get to see him ride at Poole due to him being out injured. Maybe his mental health issues plague him at times and in that respect the authorities should stop him from riding for a period as he could be a danger to others as well as himself. The recent incident at Edinburgh with the photographer certainly won't av helped him. The start of this thread certainly could've been said in a more subtle way.

And you may av outscored us by more if u had used yer tac sub at the right time! And I'm on day release !

So give up then! Talk about walking out at half time.

If used before heat 12 and it worked then it could lift motivation to get back into the meeting. No point doing it when this isn't possible

The whole point of using a tac sub is to use it when u can still come back into a meeting. Using a tac sub in heat 14 when u are completely out of a meeting is farcical. Ok there had to be a race with 3 riders but heat 14 would've made far more sense for this than one of the heats before heat 12 when mathematically Glasgow could still get a result.
