  1. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/cab-direct-championship/preview-glasgow-v-poole-bsn-series-final/ Ben Cook down to ride tonight And don't criticise the Poole track, at least you don't need sea sick bags any more! Aka the Waves of WINborne
  2. Just arrived in sunny Glasgow & avin a coffee There is a Pirate in Glasgow C'MON THE PIRATES
  3. Hope Ben is ok & fit to travel to Ashfield. His & Zach's parents are over at the moment, I stood next to them at Birmingham.
  4. I'll always back the Pirates to win but hopefully wotever the result & despite the 1st leg score the meeting will be competitive & entertaining. Always enjoy my visits to Glasgow going back to the Joe Screen days. C'mon the BOYZZZZZ
  5. Job done, all 7 Pirates were sublime Brummies need sum sticky back plastic and one they made earlier! C'mon the BOYZZZZZ NID
  6. You may av a point but......Hardly the big question for MIDDLO. Winning the meeting will be uppermost in his & most folks minds this evening.
  7. Thought it was only at WINborne Road where if a rider doesn't gate he doesn't pass! And Tom Brennan beat Sayfutdinov at Belle Vue, doesn't mean that Bowtell is gonna be World Champion any time soon! Different night, possible different conditions, different riders all lead to a possible different result. But Pirates still win!
  8. May I suggest taking ur own cherry picker for viewing at Brum!
  9. I'll be in Perry Barr to shout out loud for the Pirates. Odds on a Pirates grab bag plunder & run with the 2pts with a 49-41 scoreline. Better not be on the apple juice!
  10. There is one speedway bike in the NMM. Kinda tucked away in the last showroom
  11. Nice to know that there is still a sense of realism on the forum?!
  12. Eyes now firmly focused on this Friday as the Pirates set sail to Ashfield. Putting the 1st leg score aside for a moment I hope to witness an entertaining meeting as I know Ashfield serves up some brilliant racing. Will the Tigers give the Pirates anything to be nervous about? Pirates trophy to lose and I'm going for a Pirates 46-44 win to seal the deal. C'mon the PIRATES
  13. Either way u Brummies better watch out for the Magnificent 7 on board the Pirate Ship!
  14. Guess because he was in the team declared to ride that night.
  15. U are correct but like I've been told before on another scenario by a former promoter when.refused a goodwill gesture........"You're a speedway supporter so you have to accept it!" I never went to that track again while he was the promoter!
  16. Passing depends on several factors not just the track. Harris vs Doyle @ WINborne Road 2018, not many would've had the determination & ability of Bomber to pull that move off.
  17. Tougher work out than I thought it was going to be but the Pirates still came out on top with a solid winning margin in the end. C'mon the BOYZZZZZ
