  1. Think the riders would still get filled in and not be able to see where they are going. Or do u expect them to av windscreen wipers on their goggles?
  2. Very peculiar opinion in this circumstance when heavy rain is due before and during the meeting. Track covers wouldn't have saved it if that is where your coming from. Put a claim into Plymouth speedway and I'm sure you will get a very interesting reply.
  3. Progression to the BSN semi finals almost in the bag for the Pirates with a 26 point lead from WINborne Road. C'mon the Boyzzzz
  4. There's only one Poole Pirates one Poole Pirates Walking along singing a song walking in a Pirates wonderland
  5. The Rocketman & The Pocket Rocket showering Barker in shale! C'mon the Boyzzzz
  6. Where's ratters? Ere ratters, ere ratters where is me luvver?
  7. Thought we might have had a Tobias doughnut after his heat 8 5-1 with Sam, hey well u can't av everything
  8. Well I will be enjoying my Costa flat white in the morning across from the station After a slow start the Pirates stepped it up to give the Gladiators no chance of recovery at the Coliseum! The aggregate bonus point is all ours!......well almost Rocketman another faultless 15pt maximum, sublime! All the lads again showed what a solid unit we are. If only we could get Max scoring. He did look more on it tonight so hopefully next time..........? Was good to see how the Thompson Twins have progressed with both showing up well particularly Dan who pulled a good move on Ben in heat 7. Ben did well though to stay on his bike but no blame on Dan. It's just so enjoyable down at WINborne Road, bring it on! C'mon the Boyzzzz NID
  9. Think you will find they are in the Prem & Plymouth in the Champ. So not impossible to ride for both!
  10. I can see Richie Worrall signing for Plymouth in July when I understand he has served his suspension.
  11. I was trying to think of something productive to say just like Paula Vennells! Anyways I've had me raspberries and 2 flat white's today so anything else is a bonus. Gladiator ready? C'mon the Boyzzzz
  12. And wot is Craig Cook's excuse for being on the vs Plymouth thread?
  13. What a way to start the day of a meeting........time for a flat white at my local Costa and a copy of the latest speedway star to read. And I'm going to win the sweepstake tonight as an added bonus to the usual amazing evenings down at WINborne Road! Plymouth can be a pesky team to overcome at times. Now that they av both the Thompson Twins makes them peskier than ever. Dan is impressing this season with some eye catching performances in both the top 2 leagues while Joe is adding in the occasional good score, will he haunt us on his return? Nah, Sam Hagon got the better of him at the Pidcock Arena recently and I expect much of the same this evening Meanwhile all the Pirates came through unscathed from the Thursday Prem meetings with Aces Ben 5+2(5), Lions Lawson 9+1(5) Hagon 4+1(4) and Brennan guesting for Witches with 13(6). Good warm up for the lads with some impressive displays, nice to see Sam doing well on his Lions debut. Bring it On
  14. Well I'll be avin a flat white to celebrate another win from the night before! Same as this Saturday morning at the Costa over the road from the train station. C'mon the Boyzzzz

  16. Never mind, I haven't travelled down anyway. No money wasted on the candles But I will be back on Friday C'mon the Boyzzzz!
  17. Hi darling, we can go for a candlelight supper if the speedway is off. Plus a lovely flat white with carrot cake nibbles
  18. Pirates to take this with a 56-34 win me reckons. Lawson to hit a max against his old team, well until he drank a flat white and realised being a Pirate would be far more fun!
