  3. Thorsell wanted the UK this year, and a lot of riders past their best come back to ride in the UK and still perform. Also for someone past their past averages more in Poland than Pickering, Klindt and Brennan? Hellstrom-Bangs said 2 seasons ago he is keen to ride in the UK but at the time wanted to concentrate on Poland so not as much of a pipe dream as one may think If Brum make the Freddie deal his influence within the Swedish camp may spring a surprise
  4. Yeah i do, i don't feel there are enough riders of equal ability for it to continue and to be fair, since it started there has always been a couple better than the rest. Even with no RS i dont think the points total for team building will increase significantly to not then use a rider who may average what a RS has but at least its an open choice for the clubs

  6. Believe Tolley can compete with Brum next season now they can start building earlier, based on the rising star position going 1. Lindgren 2. Z. Cook 3. Thorsell 4. Harris 5. Tungate 6. Hellstrom-Bangs 7. Pearson
  7. 1. Lawson 2. Iversen 3. Kvech 4. Huckenbeck 5. Klindt 6. Sorensen 7. Rowe
  8. 1. Doyle 2. Blodorn 3. King 4. Ellis 5. Brennan 6. Rew 7. D. Thompson Personally think rising star slot will go next season
  9. Oxford 1. Woffinden 2. Riss 3. Janowksi 4. Cook 5. Musielak 6. Boughen 7. Killeen
  10. Never gonna happen but if no Emil you could go 1. Doyle 2. Rew 3. Brennan 4. Ellis 5. Lindgren 6. D. Thompson +1 I doubt there will be a rising star position in the prem next season anyway
  11. With poland muscling in on some Thursdays, i feel the prem needs to open itself up to run any day of the week, obviously no team is mad to run on a weekend. And you'll get the odd clash with a rider missing on a Tuesday/Wednesday but it may encourage a shake up for the leagues Kings Lynn could drop down, you could end up with Poole/Glasgow coming up depending what night Glasgow want to rrun Prem would have to have priorty over championship but if fixtures we're fewer to an extent then its workable on the calendar To shake up the structure i would have a one-off British Final still But i would introduce an individual series British Commonwealth Championship Split riders into two Divisions of 12, run across 6 events End of the year, bottom 3 riders are relegated to the lowest division, top 3 from the lower are promoted, then have a challenge meeting where the bottom 3 of the lowest division fsce off against 9 new entrants for the final 3 spots
  12. Brum will make the play offs next season
  13. Worst and most ridiculous post I've seen on this forum in a long time and that includes posts from Lagutas fan boy
  14. Just run RR for Doyle and Emil let Ellis, Rew, King and Thompson take an extra 2 rides
  15. Not surprising really, little to no play off hope so why spend money on bringing someone in from overseas, especially if you're considering racing at championship level in 2025 No sarcasm here but already has a good championship look to the side Rowe, Kerr, MPT then add S. Lambert, Hagon, and a couple others...
  16. I feel if its used, if you sign say Laguta on an 8 average and he peddles around on a 5, you can swap him out for an 8pter I think it would keep the league really competitive
  17. Might be going off topic but I've believed for a long time that moving riders in and out of a side should have rules in place to protect some riders What I'd like to see is If a rider increases his average say from 4.5 to 5.00 and a club release him, they only have his starting average to use in terms of points for team building On the other hand to keep sides competitive, if a rider goes from 7.13 and drop to say 6.15, a rider can be released and the club can replace him or her using the starting average If a rider who is released has increased his average he can sign for another side using his starting average If a rider who is released has dropped his average he can be signed by another club but on his current average i.e. 6.15 based on the example above as his previous club can use his start average for his replacement I believe some kind of transfer system should be in place due to the Musielek situation, if he's refused to ride and lynn have a 28 day facility i dont think its fair for another club to sign him I'd impose something like a transfer fee to the club if the rider wants to ride in the same season, or he is free to join from the following season Lynn in these circumstances should be able to sign a replacement but a transfer fee should still be paid
  18. I don't think Thursday will go ahead and it would seem Kings Lynn will pull out from the league with a view to operating in next years Championship
  19. Heard that Wojdylo is also close to the exit door as his team is also unhappy at Lynn. There is the SON2 World cup soon right? Lynn just need to sign a couple of youngsters who may be grateful of the opportunity to put themselves in the shop window for next year
  20. Przedpelski was in the GPs last year and think Oxford would suit him, might struggle at Foxhall. Lindback probably not an upgrade as such but he's an exciting rider, pretty sure his average is quite low from his last stint if he comes in near that, worth a gamble, and a gamble is what Oxford have to take.
  21. Lindgren and Kvech only were enticed as they wanted to ride and agreed terms, its not a forgone conclusion that others will still follow You could probably write a much longer list of who won't race in Britain than who would as some won't ever grace these shores and some simply don't fancy it I wonder if Oxford could put something together like Tungate Wright Harris Przedpelski Janowski Lindback Boughen
  22. Rosco is too busy trying to revive Swindon. As for replacements, they are few and far between, a few outside the box suggestions Janowski could influence Laguta or Gusts, i believe Lindback is still riding somewhere and think his average is reasonable Not sure if Zagar still has no club?
