  1. Agree with this Starke only done well mainly at reserve where he scored double figures from 5/6/7 rides Both himself and Heeps need to be at reserve really but one wont be every week
  2. Throwing names around like Etheridge/Allen they are probably very realistic signings depending on who the 3rd heat leader is... Even Blodorn is realistic if they need a 4.00 which would then probably rule either Etheridge or Allen out of a spot. Fingers crossed for British Speedway that its an exciting announcement
  3. remember who decides the riding order so probably be Doyle & King at 1 & 2
  4. This side would beat Sheffields offering..... on paper I think out of Tai, Emil and Martin then the latter is most likely Tai has good sponsorships and deals in place already, Emil has exceptional backing too Martin is at that age where perhaps not the best position financially out of the 3 so would likely want to add to the retirement fund by getting extra £££ Probably end up with Lindback though
  5. Lidsey is not doing the UK otherwise would be a great addition for the Aces
  6. Any Scunny Fans interested in this please get in touch
  7. One would expect two of the following will be in the side Blodorn, Allen, Etheridge, Kew All depends on the final heat leader be it Tungate, Zagar, Holder, Grajczonek, Bjerre, Jensen, Bellego or some one out of the top draw that's been hidden away I'll go with 1. Fricke 2. Allen 3. Smolinski 4. Wright 5. Kurtz 6. Blodorn 7. Brennan
  8. Think Crumpy has signed for Poole or Oxford
  9. If the stream is priced correctly I'll likely be watching them all just to follow a particular rider, downside is that I've been asked to bring my dad up to a meeting so with the stream its probably not going to happen lol
  10. Number 1 - Claus Vissing 8.43 number 2 Keynan Rew 5.00 number 3 Josh Auty 7.61 number 4 Norick Blodorn 5.00 Number 5 Nico Covatti 7.82 Number 6 Ashley Morris 4.80 number 7 James Shanes replace or take out one of Blodorn/Rew for someone around 3ish
  11. I've had more than a handful of people suggest it but as you say It will probably be something completely different
  12. Dont hold me to it but a couple of people have said the new competition might feature two groups of 3 Ipswich, Peterborough & Kings Lynn Belle Vue, Wolves & Sheffield 4-3-2-0 scoring system home and away once top side into a final
  13. I am going to take a guess that Sweden will be in a very poor place come 2023 that some riders may opt for the UK depending on the state of British Speedway of course.
  14. give the side 1/4 of the season to justify itself, if this side win at home and do OK away then its fine
  15. this looks half decent 1. Max Fricke 2. Jake Allen 3. Chris Holder or Rohan Tungate 4. Charles Wright 5. Brady Kurtz 6. Keynan Rew 7. Tom Brennan R/S
  16. 1. Martin Smolinski 2. Kai Huckenbeck 3. Josh Pickering 4. Thomas Jorgensen 5. Richard Lawson 6. Lewis Kerr 7. Jack Thomas R/S
  17. 1. Michael Palm-Toft 7.17 2. Bradley Wilson-Dean 5.47 3. Hans Andersen 7.05 4. Scott Nicholls 6.71 5. Chris Harris 7.02 6. Erik Riss 5.26 7. Jordan Palin R/S
  18. Riss to Belle Vue now is what a few people have told me, just want to know the side now to stop all this haha
  19. You can also partner Batch with Doyle at 1 & 2 I think with Heeps & Starke both in the side really you have two riders there that need to be in that reserve berth all season, which was the witches issue last season they had 3 riders that really needed to be in the reserve berth last season, Starke done well there but even heeps with his injury managed to end up with a higher average, so for me if it was a choice I would have heeps at 6 alongside Rowe and change Starke. I understand people want Craig in the side but maybe he isn't an option anyway as he is tied up elsewhere, but really if it was a possibility you would want Doyle, Batchelor, Cook, Riss, King, Heeps, Rowe, that has so much potential although slightly risky perhaps, 5 heat leaders really and the best rising star If things are changing by the hour as some people seem to think, then if its possible to do Batch/Cook/Riss then just let Starke go now but thats not the Ipswich way
  20. I don't think the slice of TV money has anything to do with it because it's not a lot as it is. It is more the case of the Championship probably finding the level that British Speedway should be run at, and clubs asking themselves why they should potentially run the risk of folding by moving up and making losses
  21. well what actually happened was they ended up in the same town, not sure if it was after a meeting or not, both probably drank a little bit too much RL was taking a p!ss in the car park, RW saw what he thought was a long-haired attractive woman semi-clothed in the car park, a drunken exchange was made which gave RW what he thought was the green light to proceed, then obviously this lead to the embarrassment of RW realising it was RL After a very firm no, some handbags so to speak were exchanged RL accused RW of being in the wrong and saying he shouldn't approach people in car parks RW accused RL of being in the wrong for having long hair and shaving his legs
