32 league fixtures with play offs on top will be carnage
-
42.5 point building limit No rising star However any rising star retained from last season will get a 25% reduction on his final average, or 2.50 being the lowest so Kemp etc. 2.5
-
3 from Iversen, Bjerre, Thomsen, Michelsen #TeamDenmark

another absolute farce by the people trusted in protecting this sport for future generations
-
That would be a great side
-
In the championship yes

ok so if Doyle 10.32 it could leave 31.68 for 6 other riders an average of 5.28 per rider 1. Doyle 10.32 2. Batchelor 5.57 3. Riss 6.00 4. Cook 5. King 6.57 * 6. Barker 4.42 * 7. Hume 4.09 * * Brit reduction The Witches will need to unearth a rider or two from abroad or maybe take Cook from Poole and lose King to allow for a big hitter 1. Doyle 10.32 2. Batchelor 5.57 3. Riss 6.00 4. Barker 4.42 5. Klindt/Lambert 6. Cook 4.00 7. Hume 4.09 Think Ipswich need to take at least one if not TWO risks somewhere

pretty sure the deal was worth around £500k over 5 seasons
-
Its not a huge amount of money anyway well, i say that... wouldn't say no and would want a slice
-
Before someone else comments, Leicester probably have more than 2 of their current side riding in it, but for other clubs
-
Because Leicester are not in the prem this season Leicester wont have two riders riding in it To be honest the sport is so far adrift of professionalism i shouldn't contribute or say anything when something like this happens
-
Total farce of a sport Every year they deliver it worse The most successful season the powers that be had running the sport was the year covid put a stop to it
-
just looking at average so you could take out Batch and put in Ellis/Andersen maybe 36 should be the limit and just put a 5.00 in for Batch
-
If a 38 points limit which I think its what it should be max! 1. King 2. Cook 3. Ellis/Andersen 4. Cook 5. Batchelor 6. Ablitt 7. Perry
-
yes you can make changes after the window if an injured rider is coming back to replace another rider that came in for him
-
Denmark top flight only run 12 league fixtures If the prem in the UK could get to 8 clubs by 2024 maybe 10 clubs by 2025 and just ride home and away once and do away with gimmicks such as pairs or a league cup for the top flight then I am sure UK/Sweden/Denmark could all work together to run Monday-Thursday with some fixture scheduling
-
has there ever been a 0-0 in Speedway?
-
probably looking in UK terms at around a guarantee of £4,000 as there are not many if any signing bonuses but maybe a bit of sponsorship money thrown in so if you had Doyle on £4k guaranteed per meeting over 20 league meetings thats £80k a season, if you wanted a "Doyle" in each of the 6 teams thats £480k per season to have a top no.1 associated to each club. The BSPL should have taken the offer from Discovery who were keen to buy into British Speedway, they could have subsidised 1-2 riders like this per side

-
Swap Lambert & Bewley for Janowski & Dudek
-
Half a point possibly still to play with 1. Doyle 10.32 2. Batchelor 5.57 3. Riss 6.00 4. Wozniak 5.79 5. Michelsen 6.02 6. Hume 4.09 7. Knudsen/Ratajczak/Sorensen/Hjelmland/Nielsen/Jeppesen/another 4.00

Works if the prem has 8 sides and run home and away once, no pairs gimmicks and no league or KO CUP Runs its league fixtures between May and end of August. Championship is weakened, currently 8 sides but prem sides are encouraged to run an additional side within it so could wither become 16 sides of regional leagues of 8
