Fair enough....it was just a thought . Danny and Leon are great choices....
-
HARRIS and RISS are as good as any rider in the championship!
-
Would have thought that Plymouth may have turned to B'ham for a guest ? try and help out those riders who aren't earning atm?
-
This is a fair post about a very talented all round motorcyclist!
-
Great to see Lee Kilby at PB last night....we have missed him and his enthusiasm!!
-
Speaking of the SIA..... They tell you to wear a mask if you're walking around....but if you're standing still you don't have to wear one ? even though you're within half a metre of the person next to you? What a load 'bo##ox' !
-
Power trips probably.....
-
We had pay on the night last week....so what's the difference? (same venue...same council)
-
"I actually think Sedgeman was the best visiting Tiger, but Ostergaard deserves credit also" Heat 10 Col.... Ulrich = 3 Riss =2 Harris =1 Sedgemen = 0 B'ham use a T/S and had we got a 5-1 things would've been different?
-
Speaking of which, Riss has a long way to go before he earns the moniker "Electric"! I actually agree with this comment Col ! The attendance didnt appear too good? I am wondering why there was no pay on the night, like last week? I think this decision affected numbers?
-
Col....you're starting to drift back in to 'Cradley fan' mode....snap out of it !
-
He missed the gate Col....at least he stayed on his bike for the four laps and picked up a valuable point when Ash fell off ???
-
Some absolute barmy comments from 'Col' ...think he's got sunstroke! Once Sam Jensen set his bike up to get out the start, he was a class act. Cook was the 'only' Glasgow rider that passed a Brummy after the first lap.... Not a great meeting, but some very close racing.....a fair result. Ostergaard won it for Glasgow IMO! Well done Ulrich! Harris was brilliant in heat 13 to pass and re-pass Cook! Paco rode fantastically well.... Great confidence boost for Jack with 2 heat wins.... Ashley and James will come good.... It bodes well for the season.....afterall, it all comes down to a 2 Leg shoot-out in the end.... Well done to the hard/miracle working track staff.... A couple more tons of shale on the bends and we'd have the perfect surface! Respect to the travelling 'Glasgow' fans!

Glasgow v Redcar 11/04/2021
GiveusaB replied to mikebaker's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If no fans are allowed in to Glasgow atm, does that mean Glasgow fans are not allowed to travel to any away meetings until this 'poxy' rule changes? -
Fair enough....I was just thinking of PB and blaming last week's surface.... I don't know how the Berwick/Redcar incidents occurred?
-
no worries about Ashley at all....
-
Cant believe teams are talking of sacking riders already ? (unless long term injured....)
-
Having R/R for Grobauer will make us slightly stronger IMO.... Have to use the replacement selection wisely!
-
Sam Jensen looks to be the surprise package to me (based on early season form)? I predict that he could influence the result ? I don't know much about him!?
-
Looking a very tough one for us tonight..... I can definitely see Ulrich putting in a shift....he's started the season very well....must be on decent machinery for once!? Nicol goes extremely well round PB....he loves the outside and I predict a double figure score from him...... Overall, the result will depend very much on the track and if there are any race lines, coz let's face it, we haven't got the quickest gaters in this division. But we have got some great 'racers' ! Credit to the Club for making the effort to borrow Somerset's equipment and bringing in some extra hands on the track! I predict 40 - 50 in Glasgow's favour.

Weak wrists from punching pit walls

??? who

It's whether they're a danger to anyone else IMO....Adam isn't!?
-
No surprise really....think he'd of been embarrassed had he not won ?

BIRMINGHAM v REDCAR WEDS JUNE 2ND
GiveusaB replied to Speedway fan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Ochiltree was a promoting legend.... but I think even he'd struggle in todays 'speedway world' ! the modern engine has ruined the sport in this country (IMO)
