In the event of the British Final being abandoned....the Cardiff Wildcard should go to the leading (British) rider in the British League averages (IMO) I guess (at present) that would make 'Bomber' the worthy candidate!

Does our team manager actually follow the scores in the meeting? Just trying to workout why we didn't use a T/S at any point ? ? Plymouth's manager seemed to be 'enterprising' ? Morley taking a reserve ride as early as Heat 4 ?

Plymouth 56 - B'ham 34 Thomson/Hook have both done reasonably well at Plymouth this season (according to results )

Pickering's average is too high for him to take the place of one of our absentee's ? Could of had Basso for Auty though ? (surely its about cost...) nothing to ride for so why go all out?

I think logistics might play a part re: to guests ..... need to keep the costs down ?

Fair play... If you can keep going after the season we've just had, then you can survive anything! The team needs to be rebuilt completely IMO.... Sedgeman/Nielsen and may be Shanes are the only 3 riders worth their corn. Pearson obviously has potential, but he's not the 'special' talent I anticipated! I realise that's its way too early to talk team/line-up etc....

One amalgamated League is the only way forward, may be 6 riders per team ...... riders will have to take it or leave it..... Or a North/South set up.....

Becker is the only rider listed here, that I would be happy to see at Brum....

I think Friday nights racing will make sure of that ....lol

James Wright ? Paul Starke ? Don't think it matters who rides....B'ham will be better off keeping costs down and use the cheapest options ! At the end of the day, there won't be many b'ham fans there, so why make it 'competitive' just to please Poole fans ?
