He can get away with riding how he wants....B'ham wont make any team changes regardless! I think Lampart has potential and given time, I reckon he will be a decent performer....trouble is, he's part of a very weak side and it will expose his below average scores! Millik/Pawliki are, as predicted....not committed and certainly not up to the job! Sorry for stating the obvious!

The good news coming from Sam's last Official club statement, is that he's panicking because he can't conjure up any more excuses for the poor showings/performances by a number of riders....therefore, one would suggest that when the excuses dry up, actions are the only option??? Worrall/Millik to be replaced ASAP! Failing any Team changes...I think Sam will walk away before the season's out !

Sorry to sound repetitive here.... Your post makes sense.... But.....B'ham will NEVER have a so called 'decent' side, so long as LR is involved! If Tolley wants to throw money at the Club, then he would benefit from paying someone like 'Rossiter' to assemble/manage the Team. Stop playing at it and take it serious!

Loved watching him at Brum....exciting/committed in every race! I think Jason needs life guidance....I hope he gets the therapy he needs and develops mentally. Personally, I think if you just shut him down....then 'you' might be the one that benefits from a bit of work on 'compassion'! Judgement is an obstacle that prevents you from having internal peace. Not sure I buy in to that scenario....wasn't Milik supposed to score a bundle from there too? Pawlicki will do ok at Home if the track has dirt on it....but you can write him off anywhere else! The team is very badly put together....FULL STOP!

As for the topic thread.... I remember Mitch Shirra turning up at B'ham mid 70's for second half events, until they found out that he was only 14 years old ? ...he was 'phenomenal' on a bike ! Unfortunately I can't ever remember him riding for B'ham when old enough? I think Coventry signed him!

Great meeting! I was lucky enough to win Sam Ermolenko's race bib in a raffle on the day . my job at the time was driving for Fed-Ex....astonishingly, the following week, I had a parcel delivery for Rick at his rented home in Walmley - B'ham....I took the race jacket with me and he duly signed it. (it's in my loft....) happy days!

Probably best to start looking for a replacement for Millik...he's a waste of time/money.... Rory Schlein would do better!
