  1. Well if Bham can run them close, why wouldn't BV be confident of going one better?
  2. Don't think anyone at bham is that bothered based on his first month back in the UK!
  3. I always take photos of conditions/receipts etc.,... when parking on public cp's!
  4. And his average will still be the same after 8 meetings...he's not good enough atm...'ffs'! 😀
  5. Not saying he's not got potential, but if there are better/stronger options, then NOW is the time and the time is always NOW! Guess we all would do things differently!
  6. So, as pointed out by a few 'posters' that know a thing or two about speedway.... Are B'ham gong to make an obvious change at reserve and bring in Kerr/Sedgemen for VUOLAS ? Need to show some intention if they want the fans to attend! (p.s apart from the obvious work needed on the track...think that ship's sailed...) can only assume that as its the last season, then no expense will be spent on the track's surface?
  7. Jenkins would be nice, but It's Edwards ! I also get the two mixed up ?
  8. Not sure what the fuss is about where any young Brit rides....we need to support them wherever they go.... Its an expensive game and locality of a rider makes a difference when seeking sponsors etc Good luck to Jenkins, be great if he can make it....
  9. There's not much anyone can do until they put some dirt on it!?
  10. Not sure what the technical wording is? but if it's about contact, then the ref got it right as there wasn't any... However, I see your point as it was a risky move....I thought Jeppesen showed great control not to hit Tom!
  11. Its going to be a struggle to entice 'spectators' on that surface!? I asked the question before the season started....'has the track been well prepared after last seasons yawn fest'? I was assured that there had been loads of work done....what I wasn't told was that the work was done by Stevie Wonder!? Who's going to pay £24 to watch a pile of..... The only positive was that the poor surface levelled the meeting! There's no way Thompson/Jenkins would've out scored Doyle/Sayfutinov on a 'proper' race track! Glad the ref got the BIG call right when Brennan went down....would've been easy to exclude Jeppesen. Fair play to Seth Perkins! P.S liking what I see with Jeppesen....surprise package so far!
  12. Tonight will be like a Home meeting for Ipswich, they all go excellently around PB.... Can only see a massive away win!
  13. Certainly trying harder though, over there ! 😀
  14. Why on earth sign him then??? Sedgemen would do just as bad and cost less
  15. More money per point? Best equipment etc...? Pile of rubbishe!
  16. Yes, if the track had dirt on it! Reading between the 'lines' (pardon the pun) it sounds like (from forum posts) Sheffield set their track up for gate and go, knowing how incompetent B'ham riders are at starting?
  17. Wasn't it ....'set-ups' after the first match v Leicester ??? The only excuse I can think of is.....'B'ham's so called TOP 3 are 'sh#te' yet again!? No desire....'meal tickets'!!! No disrespect to Flint/Rowe, but they shouldn't be peeing all over B'hams Heat Leaders....especially on a proper race track like Sheffield!
  18. Can I change the word 'are' for 'were' ? Absolutely pathetic showing from B'ham !
  19. Bham didnt get battered at home last season? (one heavy defeat to Leicester in a rain affected meeting...) I'm not saying they won many....but they were all fairly close score-lines.
  20. I bet Sheffield are quaking in their boots after last night's performance! I fancy a win next Thursday!
  21. Think Leicester will miss out here on streaming....cant see many fans wanting to watch a repeat of Monday's diabolical Bham performance?
