When you leave the track from turns 3-4 you go six feet down steps to the car park, then the car park runs about one foot to the railway side ditch. The water level in said ditch is approximately two feet below car park at high tide. Making a total of Nine feet above sea level to the track. So i am struggling to see how the tide affects the track.
