Does seem strange that Jenkins is fit enough to ride for Redcar & Peterborough but not for Oxford.

Hans Andersen does it at the showground regularly.

If Peterborough ride how they did against Sheffield last week they’ll win this, confidence must be higher in the Panthers camp now after last weeks win and this is a track where Ipswich rarely win at.

Seemed a bit strange that both Belle Vue & then Sheffield took gates 2 & 4 in the last 2 races, I’m sure Musielak was 2nd in the final & not Ellis.

Would of been an interesting outcome in the superheat if Jack Holder had team rode, once he’d rode off and left Musieak on his own it was no surprise that Harris passed Musieak to take third.

They might be winning at home but there not winning away.

If Lambert does return to Britain i would of thought he would go to Lynn with Iversen going to Peterborough.

Surely Douglas will want to move, he’s a far better rider on the big tracks.

I thought it would be him, he’s a master when it comes to poor starts and unsatisfactory starts don’t exist when he’s in charge.

They show greyhound racing from Swindon on sky sports racing sometimes, there is no sign of any work being done at the stadium at all.

Pickerings ride in heat 11 was absolutely brilliant, he was squeezed out on the opening bends and to then go on and pass Kings Lynn’s top 2 riders was a superb effort, was surprised Holder wasn’t out with Pickering in heat 15 considering they needed something from the race to get the 4 points, but again Pickering came up trumps.

Watching as a neutral I think the best team on the night won the meeting, I was surprised that in heat 15 Belle Vue didn’t use Kurtz, considering he came good in the latter heats at the showground on monday, and knowing that they needed a heat advantage in the final race I was even more surprised that Bewley was on gate 1.

What also enhances the great racing at the showground is that it is a speedway only venue, you don’t have to watch through wire fencing, no dog track or stock car track to distance you from the action.
