Just looked in at the results as out at a gig, think it could have been a Plymouth win without the injury. All to fight for 2morrow. Come on @lewy shout your boys to a win 😀🏁 -

Think they have to travel to report for duty, whether in the team or not , then may probably get a minimal pay for their time. Often practice sessions are on if not in the team -
Saw an interview with cooper from p+p for a barely 16 year old he came across very well, good luck to the kid, looking forward to watching him at a few places 😀 but won't be cheering for the pilots 😜

Fookin need the £s to buy fuel if I'm gonna follow the comets up and down the country marra 😜

By renting out the track and potentially profit on food and drink keeps the Comets alive 😀 annoying but the club needs extra money away from speedway

But everything very soggy and with storm Dave coming only gonna get worse. Once again the BBC weatherman on look north was wrong again last nite , was saying dry morning, but been very wet in west Cumbria. As for the return fixture on Friday at Redcar forecast not looking the best, and can people afford to travel or get petrol, unfortunately this situation only gonna get worse, the garage in my village has put petrol up 4p in 2 days 😡 -
@LisaColettethanks for the info 😜 all I can say looking forward to seeing how he handles Edinburgh this year, as looked a total novice last time he was there. Also did not say anything about the shenanigans at the end of season 😜

As with a lot of things money talks . Oh and on the Poole thread how ironic 😜

One thing hedging the future price of jet fuel, most airlines do this, but it's the storage capacity that's the issue no fuel in the system no flights take off

Hard to decide if you run or postpone, the forecast looked a bit better on TV but they can get it massively wrong, so to avoid storm Dave a full weekend of postponement probably a better decision. Unfortunately flat track event booked in for full weekend next week, so 18th April looking like 1st meeting -
How many years is it since you were at armadale ? The dogs haven't ran for many years

Just watched look north weather on BBC and the better news is that's it's looking a lot better for early Saturday, then storm Dave coming in to huff and puff 😜. As said Redcar are a bit of a bogie team at the GT tyres Northside arena, they have had 3 meetings so far, but hopefully the comets will find the best way round the track to see off the bears 😀 UTC 🏁🏁 -

Good to see cooper has kept the tassels 😀

I think the team picks it's self especially at home, 1. Jonas. 2. Niklas. 3. Cookie 4 Tate. 5. Batch. 6. Jammie. 7. Vinnie maybe swap 3/4 and 6/7 away from home

Unfortunately did not turn 16 till after the various Aussie championships, don't know if he has any long lost UK relative, but from what I've seen ,only on video over winter and pre season, looks a very good prospect
-
Very few challenge meetings take place these days Steve, think it's down to the clubs trying to make or not lose too much money on league meetings, where challenge meetings will probably lose money. Unless it's Glasgow V Edinburgh several times a year

Yes 600 miles it's 42 mile each way from my house to the motorway at Penrith 😧 but was a bit easier back in the day as nowhere near as much traffic on the roads

Seen a video clip of cookie looking very fast and smooth, even got the Dan bewley line off the fence coming into turn 3 😀
