If so , it will be probably the riders responsibility to get insurance, the clubs don't directly employ the riders as their are no assets anymore, A bit like if you get a job done on your house, you don't get insurance for the person doing the job, you hope they have their own insurance to cover any possible issues

Think they have to travel to report for duty, whether in the team or not , then may probably get a minimal pay for their time. Often practice sessions are on if not in the team

As for the return fixture on Friday at Redcar forecast not looking the best, and can people afford to travel or get petrol, unfortunately this situation only gonna get worse, the garage in my village has put petrol up 4p in 2 days 😡

One thing hedging the future price of jet fuel,most airlines do this, but it's the storage capacity that's the issue no fuel in the system no flights take off

Hard to decide if you run or postpone, the forecast looked a bit better on TV but they can get it massively wrong, so to avoid storm Dave a full weekend of postponement probably a better decision.
